Patient, professional and worth every penny
Brian from the beginning was patient and very easy to deal with. I had several questions and he answered them all with professionalism and patience. Worked with Mark to book the trip of a lifetime for myself and 4 adult children. 4 countries in 16 days. Mark worked tirelessly to arrange a dream vacation for us. He had so many great suggestions to help us save money but still get what we wanted. A last minute incident required us to change one of the passengers. Everything was handled effectively and efficiently. During our trip we had the need to change our dates for a booked tour. Again effectively and efficiently. Everything was laid out so well, we had no problem accessing and using tickets, finding out next days itinerary, confirming pickups, hotels, flights, trains, you name it. Mark and J were always available when needed, and quick to respond. Will use them again guaranteed!

Malta 7 day-highly recommend!
Brian was very helpful in sorting through our Malta vacations-all the options and details were covered with patience and follow up confirmation.
Exploring both the main Island and Gozo allowed us to cover a lot of ground. Value for money was great!
Accommodations were good. Car rental booked was off airport property, which was inconvenient, and not being able to put our entire trip through Amex (even with extra fees), caused me additional expense for insurance. Other than that, we loved our trip once there, and the country-highly recommend!

Vacation to Ischia Italy
Recently booked a trip to the Italian island of Ischia for myself and two friends. Had never used this agency before and it is UK based and I’m in Canada so was a bit worried. From the moment we enquired until the end of our trip our Agent, Aston, was amazing. He helped cater the vacation to our wants and provided recommendations. He and the admin staff were always available and helpful no matter when or what we asked they were quick to respond. We made a change on our own for an earlier train and the email was sent to them instead of us by which was an issue for our ticket but the admin was notified of change and within minutes sent updated tickets. We would use them again knowing that everything they said went as planned and if issue arrived they are there to help 24 hours. You were great help Aston helping us ladies plan a perfect vacation. Booking process and service amazing.

An excellent experience- the way to book your holiday!!The service was outstanding!! All members of staff involved in the reservation, payment and updates of the booking were done efficiently and effectively!!
Aston did his best (and worked tirelessly) to get the booking at the price we wanted; checking trains, hotels, day trips etc. He got us a train at a suitable time for my 85 year old mother and a hotel which allowed us to stay within our budget. The hotel was superb but a little way out of the city (we had to take a train and bus to get there) which we were advised of but it was further than I anticipated!!
The excursion arranged by Viva Vista Vacation was fantastic - which was the highlight of the trip!!
A great service, great communication and a great getaway!!

Stress-Free Travel Planning With Brian
I cannot recommend Brian highly enough! Working with him took all the stress out of planning our Tenerife trip from Canada. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us navigate a complicated itinerary with ease, saving us both time and money. Whenever he wasn’t immediately familiar with something, he researched it thoroughly and got back to us quickly with clear answers.
