This is our first time booking with Viva Vista Vacations. We were looking at going on our bucket list trip for our 36th wedding anniversary to Central Europe. Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Krakow were on our list.
I was contacted by Aston, what an amazing person to deal with. He was so patient and kind answering the many, many questions I had. Then changing my itinerary, flight schedules to suit me better, adding on additional tours all while keeping this package in our price range. So many times I was unable to answer his calls or return emails due to family issues but he was so understanding and accommodating. He has been one of the best tour operators I have delt with. I highly recommend asking for ASTON, if you are planning on booking a holiday. He will go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of.

Penny was excellent - great vacation planner!
Penny was great! Very helpful in planning a European vacation package that was just for us. We started with a package that we found on line and Penny customized it to suit our personal requests to a T. We would definitely recommend booking with Penny and Vivavista vacations. Made vacation planning a breeze!!
