High class at affordable prices

First time to booked viva vista vacation. Worked with Brian to booked the trip to Central Europe. Brian is kind and courteous, very helpful and excellent service.

Worked with Mark to book the trip of a lifetime for myself and 4 adult children. 4 countries in 16 days. Mark worked tirelessly to arrange a dream vacation for us. He had so many great suggestions to help us save money but still get what we wanted. A last minute incident required us to change one of the passengers. Everything was handled effectively and efficiently. During our trip we had the need to change our dates for a booked tour. Again effectively and efficiently. Everything was laid out so well, we had no problem accessing and using tickets, finding out next days itinerary, confirming pickups, hotels, flights, trains, you name it. Mark and J were always available when needed, and quick to respond. Will use them again guaranteed!

If your looking for a vacation trip, Brian is the best, kind and courteous, First we were hesitant, but he walk us through our package, he gave us suggestions what/where/how! Brian gave us a nice deal/perks.

Exploring both the main Island and Gozo allowed us to cover a lot of ground. Value for money was great!
Accommodations were good. Car rental booked was off airport property, which was inconvenient, and not being able to put our entire trip through Amex (even with extra fees), caused me additional expense for insurance. Other than that, we loved our trip once there, and the country-highly recommend!

My wife and I are avid travellers and have dealt with many tour companies and have had varied experiences from excellent to won’t use them again. We are from Canada and this is our first time using Visa Vista and our experience with booking and customizing our trip with Brian ( 4 countries over 14 nights)was top notch!! He suggested changes to some things and they have actually enhanced our trip! He was a pleasure to work with organizing flights, train travel and it seemed that every little detail was scrutinized and will make our trip better!! Recently booked a trip to the Italian island of Ischia for myself and two friends. Had never used this agency before and it is UK based and I’m in Canada so was a bit worried. From the moment we enquired until the end of our trip our Agent, Aston, was amazing. He helped cater the vacation to our wants and provided recommendations. He and the admin staff were always available and helpful no matter when or what we asked they were quick to respond. We made a change on our own for an earlier train and the email was sent to them instead of us by which was an issue for our ticket but the admin was notified of change and within minutes sent updated tickets. We would use them again knowing that everything they said went as planned and if issue arrived they are there to help 24 hours. You were great help Aston helping us ladies plan a perfect vacation. Booking process and service amazing.

First time booking a trip with Viva Vista Vacations and it will probably not be our last. Brian was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with us and he made sure everything was in order before we finalized our itinerary. The process with Brian was very pleasant.
