Ways of improving wellbeing
The survey was easy to use and interactive and relevant for healthy working conditions. The hints and tips were practical and interactive with an overall assessment with improvements needed to help every day working conditions by forming a plan of action to implement.

Great engaging way to assess your work

fantastic In depth report
I think it is great that the company provide this service for remote workers and it shows that they are being pro-active about peoples wellbeing. Providing such an In depth report is great.

Virtie VIDA - excellent site and services
Hi, the site was really useful, so easy to do a desk assessment. We had a vida virtual webinar for my company which was excellent, and gave me so much information on how to use the site, perform personal assessments in my own time and manage pain. Overall, it's an excellent tool and site to use for working individuals.

A must do for home office workers
I would recommend this assessment as it was so easy to do, BUT most importantly the process identified why i have been suffering with some discomfort in my neck. Action has been taken as a result.
