This is a really helpful, makes you think a lot about your work environment and factors that can help. I sit at a desk for long hours and you don't realise the impact incorrect posture and desk set up can have on your health. Just a couple of simple changes can make a big difference. Very easy to use and good advice given

Much More Engaging than a Standard DSE Check
I have to say that when I saw the letters DSE in the subject of the email inviting me to complete the assessment; I rolled my eyes expecting it to be just another dull checklist activity.
This was completely not what I was expecting though and I found it really engaging from the very start. I loved the activity where I got to recreate my workspace - it was really fun to do and get right. It made me really think about my workspace and if it's set up well. I enjoyed doing the DSE section so much, I went on to fill in the driving assessment and the resilience section too. All of the questions were well thought out and very easy to understand and many of them were optional if you didn't want to share something. The recommendations were also very interesting and included some things I hadn't considered (Removing clutter from my desktop for example) You could also choose not to follow a recommendation and give a reason why. I really liked this flexibility as it shows that the same setup doesn't necessarily work for everyone and Vitrue recognises that.
It was also very interesting to see the results and where I sat amongst my colleagues (I was very proud of my driving setup - one of the best in the business!) I will definitely try some of the recommended activities and will use this resource a lot.
I'd definitely recommend this to colleagues and other businesses - it's a great way to get people to engage in something that's usually viewed as dull and bureaucratic and it could save some long term health issues too!

With it's use of integrated feature like using the webcam to detect sitting posture and asking the right sort of questions, the right outcome was detailed.
They also have a very easy to use and well laid out interface which doesn't take forever to get through.

VIDA has been great to use so far
VIDA has been great to use so far. The tips provided and stretch exercises advised to do after a short but thorough assessment are really helpful! The pain in my neck and lower back have eased since using the information and help. They also seem to be on top of making sure the pain level is noted down to see again what more then can do to help. Its not often something like this is provided that actually shows they care and want to help as much as these do.

The web cam assessment was great as it made me realise I was turning my head to the left all the time. I found the articles in the personalised recommendations of great use as well.

Excellent advice on posture and how to keep your back in a healthy shape
I found the instructions very useful, detailed, and thorough on how to position my office tools and monitors correctly, the chair height and model with armrests to keep at 90 degrees when working, and eyes on the level of the screen. It really helps with reducing the amount of pain it may cause when spending 8 hours daily on a desk. Thank you.
