Since being contracted with uni homes a lot of staff have taken a while to respond and I have had to chase them. Recently Poppy was on hand to help me with my issues and was very pro active and solved my issues in two days. Which others has taken weeks. Massive thanks again as she was very understanding of the situation and did everything she could for myself and my flatmate to get the best outcome.

Was actually quite surprised at how helpful the lady on the phone was. Handled all my queries and was very polite about it as well, will definitely recommend to a friend.

The man I spoke to on the phone was very clear and answered my questions right away. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and was able to talk me through everything right away.

I have a couple of issues with UniHomes bills management for not having flexible payment dates and making it harder than necessary to get account information, but the woman I spoke to was so friendly and helpful, really fast at solving my problem.
