The consistently dexterous friendly professionalism with which Seffia Mughal handles our queries is truly a benchmark of excellence and a standard by which related work must be measured. Not once has Seffia fallen short of the brilliance that we have now come to expect, and she inspires us to be just as diligent. A true delight to work with.

Quiet, methodical, clean and polite. Great guys that just cracked on with what needed to be done and were very accommodating when I had work calls when working from home.

To me Dan seemed very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing for a young age he answered all the questions I had and was very polite and I was very impressed

Daniel wells is the best heating engineer ever and should have his own business . Best customer service ever. So professional. What a hardworker and great asset to vital energy. Keep up the good work 👏 🙌🏽

My review will be more about the engineer that have visited my property today not the Vital enery as a company. I had a several engineers visiting my property in a past who had no idea what they are doing just waisted my time. But today I would like to shout out to Ozkan! Amazing customer service, I was explained everything. He found an issue, fixed it and gone extra mile to check all radiators where he found a switch that had a small leak previously. None of the engineers did so much previously. Thank you very much Ozkan! Vital energy please hire people like Ozkan who is checking everything and knowing their job well! Thank you very much and payrise to Ozkan please!!!!!
