1. All our packages with Fedex are insured 2. The package was delivered to your doorstep as you confirmed in an email you sent us and you saw the photo that Fedex says it was delivered. 3. Fedex is not responsible after delivering the package since the insurance is no longer valid if someone took the package it is not our fault or Fedex's. 4. You did not lose the money because you made a chargeback to your credit card and they took the payment from us. 4. I recommend the next time you try to defame someone you do it with real evidence and not based on LIES which makes us doubt your honesty 5. We had thought about leaving this but after your Review I just sent all the evidence to the bank to recover our money which I assure you we will recover sooner or later. Have a great day!

Broken Cutter Bit …
The tool arrived with a broken cutter bit. The carbide tip was chipped upon arrival.
I will need to purchase a new cutter/bit if I cannot get a replacement from the company.

I purchased the hinge routing machine. I haven't had a chance to use it in the field yet, but I tested it on some scrap doors and 1x material and it works really well. The only thing that I could not find was a how to video online in English. That would have been helpful for beginners using the equipment and for setup.

Slightly bummed out…
Slightly bummed out when our manual edge bander stopped working after very limited use… BUT! Virutex Tools was quick to respond, had the part we needed, shipping was fast and we were back running in no time! Sometimes things go wrong with tools but customer service handled it seamlessly!

Terrible customer service
Customer service is absolutely terrible. No communication. Ignored for literally months and when I finally was able to get an email response I was left in the dark to resolve my issue. I will NEVER buy another Virutex machine again.

You sent us an email that you had purchased the handle for the CE53S planer because it broke and that you had not realized that the planer handle is in two parts, this was in the month of January 2025. We responded that you should buy the other part of the handle from our website and that the shipping charges were automatically calculated when you were going to pay and that the problem is that you did not want to pay twice for shipping, that is, it has not been months without a response as you say. Do not worry, we will send you the other part of the handle completely free of charge to solve the inconvenience you have had.
