RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS
Bought E3 Dedicated Server (240GB SSD, 32GB RAM)
Managed Dedicated Servers on 27th April and made payment via crypto. It been a month and no server has been provided, no reponse to any ticket created. They are ripping people off their money. They even sent another invoice and they havent even provided the server for the first payment. DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!

virmach fake products, always "pending" after bought
My Virmach hosting still "pending" for 3 days and ticket had no reply. really terrible product and service.
I wonder if their products was fake, and totally a SCAM.

Regretting buying it/
My Experience with VirMach solution is very bad, There response takes weeks. And they charged me extra money without any purchase. And for customer support they charge 5$, who does that. I wish I had bought from somewhere else wasted money.

Support skal opgraderes.. Der sker intet i min support ticket. Derudover er det også utrolig svært at oprette en support ticket. De vil super gerne have dig til at vælge en kategori, hvor den så fortæller dig hvordan du skal løse problemet selv. En dårlig måde at skære ned på omkostningerne.. sæt dog priserne op i stedet

Terrible Service Terrible Reliability
If you check the status page, about 20% of their servers are down at any given time. Unreliable. Support not helpful.
Your virtual server will go down, you will lose data, they wont communicate with you and they will bill you for it as if nothing is wrong.

Shockingly bad service
Shockingly bad service.
I have been a customer of Virmach for several years. For a while they we good, but something has changed recently.
A few weeks ago I lost access to my VPS. I tried for several days to file a ticket but the ticket system was broken. Fail. Eventually, I paid for extra support so I could access the live chat. That took 24h to process. When I got access to the chat I requested help but never got any reply. Fail.
I gave up in the end and switched to another provider.
Virmach are a joke. Not recommended at all.

Giant Scam Company&Stealer!!!!!
Giant Scam Company&Stealer Company, I used this company's VPS over 2 years, currently when I bought a flash sale VPS, haven't used it for a while, they locked it down without notification but just set my account on hold with ridiculous reason- multiple accounts, when I ask them how to solve it, they never reply, after that, I just filed the dispute, then they release my VPS but still keep my account on hold.
after that, they released my flash sale VPS, I cancelled it, then they start to execute their scam&stealing plan on me, send me email alert and ask me to cancel the VPS due to the dispute record.
I did cancel it, but they never refund my money. WATCH OUT!!!!!

worse hosting
two of my vps are offline for 3-4 days because of disk issue. They are not still able solve the problem. Support is not responsive. They are now money freak. To open port 25 needs $5 one time. same for port 80/443. Why do people need server without port 80/443?

We do not block port 80/443 or port 25 by default but if you're running a production server that uses these ports, it allows us to combat phishing emails and phishing websites by charging this fee, and includes support for verification/communication and dealing with abuse reports related to your service for mailing and website requests such as DMCA takedowns.
We cannot communicate regarding outages because we focus on dealing with the outages. That does not stop people from opening tickets, which means there usually ends up being hundreds of others all opening tickets requesting an update. Therefore, we only update everyone simultaneously on our network status page.
