bad service.

My vps traffic was abnormal, with 100G less traffic every month. I submitted a certificate, but he did not process it and fooled me.

If you plan to run anything that…

If you plan to run anything that requires more than 40% uptime do not use this provider. you will be down for half of every month. I am not joking about this either, probably the worst uptime of any VPS provider you can possibly go to and I have sampled at least 20 companies.

Almost 3 months

Almost 3 months, my vps has been offline. Several times, I requested them to transfer to another node without files! They refused. They wanted $15 for transferring after 24 hours of creating ticket. I did not pay. I told them to cancel vps and refund my money. They refused. Even though they will not provide any refund for these 3 months.

Still using them

Still using them, but they were waaaay better before, until 2020. Over the past years, support became terrible, new servers don't work but you don't get money back and reinstall via support takes days or even weeks!

Never got what I paid for and no refund! (Stole my money)

I asked for a refund because I never received the product I paid for but they close the ticket without answer and marked it has resolved! Look at reviews, before buying from Virmach!

To be honest I think that the compagy will be out of business soon because every single reviews are from people who got their money stolen. It's impossible to stay in business with the way they act.

terrible service

If the VPS can be made to work, it is acceptable, but it generally fails and they are not able to reimburse the days lost. Likewise, they do not know how to serve customers and then they hide behind their absurd procedures to avoid refunding for VPS that do not work.

Hice parte de su programa de afiliados

Hice parte de su programa de afiliados,
gane algo de dinero con las comisiones, pues lleve a varios clientes recurrentes (mas de 60 usd) pero jamas pagaron mis comisiones,
llevo 2 años intentanto retirar ese dinero, pero no, se lo robaron, son pesimos en servicio a cliente y son ladrones, literalmente son ladrones

I was part of their affiliate program,
I made some money with commissions, because I had several recurring clients (more than 60 USD) but they never paid my commissions,
I have been trying to withdraw that money for 2 years, but no, they stole it, they are terrible at customer service and they are thieves, they are literally thieves

Virtual Machine Problems Not Solutions

VirMach servers always have an issue, or are down, or insert excuse. Trying ANY other host is a better option, to save yourself a lot of time. I know it's cheap, but the value you get is in downtime, you don't want to pay for that.

ONLY PROBLEMS, NO SOLUTIONS.

They dont pay their affiliate partners, shameless service

been an affiliate for this company for many years. But they stopped paying out commissions for the last 3 years. There is 0 responde to tickets, service is non excistant. So they love taking customers u sent, but wont pay-out comissions. Its a shame they treat partners this way. Made this company 10.000$s of dollars and they still throw you under the bus. Shameless company if you ask me.

Last time I said I was leaving Virmach but something happened and I forgot about it.
This time when they bring back the service, I'll get my files and close the service.

This is getting unbearable - how can a service be down for so long without communication with clients?

Urgent: Unparalleled Disrespect and Abuse by Virmach - Take Action and Speak Out!

This is an update to the review below. After the review was posted, VirMach did refund the last two billing charges which covered the time which had the consistent down time.
I still feel that the way I was treated was disrespectful to a paying customer. The part I called fraudulent is where there is an automated billing system charging even when the 99.9% promised uptime had failed.
I don't want to bad mouth VirMach as a whole because for many years they were a good provider, but what they have put me through lately was below mediocre.

The following is my original review...

With a heavy heart and a profound sense of disappointment, I am compelled to share my harrowing experience with Virmach, the VPS provider I once trusted wholeheartedly. Our journey began in February 2018, and for years, I believed in their promises of reliable service and customer care. However, the recent events have shattered that belief, leaving me feeling violated, abused, and utterly disrespected.

Over the past two months, my business has endured immeasurable losses due to the incessant and extended periods of downtime with my VPS. As a trader in the fast-paced markets, every minute of inaccessibility has cost me dearly, jeopardizing my ability to execute crucial trades and leading to severe financial setbacks.

Despite reaching out to Virmach's Technical Support with my urgent concerns, all I received was a generic response from their AI Assistant, VirBot, offering no reassurance or acknowledgment of the severity of my situation. It has been over a day since my last contact, and not a single human representative has taken the time to address my distressing predicament.

To add insult to injury, Virmach had the nerve to charge my card for each of the last two months, despite providing nothing but constant downtime and a complete lack of service. This blatant disregard for their loyal customers is utterly unacceptable.

To make matters worse, there is no live phone support to contact them, leaving us stranded and voiceless in our time of need.

As victims of Virmach's fraudulent practices, it is crucial that we unite and raise our voices on every review website available. Potential customers must be warned about the appalling treatment and complete lack of accountability displayed by this company. Our collective experiences will serve as a cautionary tale to those considering Virmach's services.

I implore every affected customer to take action and call upon the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint against these fraudsters. It is imperative that they be held accountable for their actions and the damages they have caused to our businesses and livelihoods.

In conclusion, I find it disheartening to have placed my trust in Virmach, only to be met with indifference and callousness during a time of dire need. I urge each reader to take this warning to heart and think twice before entrusting your business to Virmach. Let us stand united in our pursuit of justice and ensure that no other customer suffers the same fate we have endured.

Hi, billing is automated. It will not stop just because you may have some other issues. This is simply how it has to work, but it doesn't mean that someone looked and saw that you have issues and then specifically avoided assisting you while manually going in and still billing you. It's not a conspiracy.

I believe I've located your ticket, it's the only ticket matching what you've described.

Let's go ahead and address everything else you mentioned now.

(1) Disrespect and abuse.
I see you received a response on July 17th, requesting more information. I do not see anything that could be misinterpreted as disrespect.

(2) Two months of outage
In our message to you on July 17th, we confirmed that you had not previously over the last two months contacted us for assistance. Once again, just as I mentioned with the billing, the service will continue in its current state so unless we are contacted for technical assistance, we'd be unable to know there's something specifically wrong with your service when all others on that server are not facing issues. It's important to mention this as otherwise it makes it sound as if we have been ignoring you for two months.

(3) No phone support
I can confirm that we do not provide technical assistance via phone.

(4) Fraudulent pracftices
These don't exist but I'd like to mention it again, if you believe it is fraudulent to possibly have to wait in some cases for a response or that billing continues without it being auto paused any time there is a ticket open, then that's not something we can change. However, it does not mean it is fraudulent or meant to feel that way.

(5) Lack of accountability and indifference
Within a few hours of your original ticket, someone assisted you and mentioned all the facts, and did take accountability for an unrelated more recent problem that was quickly resolved. There was no display of indifference, in fact we we asked for more information and took your report very seriously and wanted to make sure we also address the issue you mention having been occurring since May.

(6) The AI Assistant
First of all, you mention that this is a generic response. It isn't generic, the AI takes into account specifically all the unique details of your ticket and comes up with a unique response, never given to a previous customer. This response is also very clearly labeled as supplemental information, and it does not in any way prevent a human from assisting you. Of course, if it is unhelpful or upsets you, then you can ignore it and nothing will change.

(7) No human response
As mentioned, a human did begin to address your issue. You did not reply back from July 17th until July 23rd to this human, but your review makes it sound like no one reached back to you at all which is unequivocally untrue.

(8) The one day wait
I can confirm you have more recently been waiting over one day for a response. We are not denying that. However, I can tell you that you have not provided any information which would allow us to assist you further. Your responses focus on the recurring charge which is a billing/SLA credit matter, not a technical support matter. You opened a second ticket for the same issue, and then switched over to speaking about the money/billing again, and essentially turned it into a complaint and billing request since you said you prefer a refund. This further delayed a resolution as now we had no technical information, and it was a technical ticket which required billing and management assistance for addressing your feedback. This means a technical support agent wouldn't be able to address your issue.
