Delays & failed shipments
I’ve experienced significant delays (4-5 weeks) from the time a shipment is delivered to Vinfolio to the time it has been inventoried and visible on the platform. In addition, the only shipment I requested from my cellar in storage at Vinfolio never shipped and worse yet, I wasn’t even notified it remained in storage. The only way I found out is when the recipient reached out stating the shipment never arrived. Overall, look elsewhere for your wine storage needs. If I hadn’t just transferred my whole cellar, I would find an alternative.

Arranged shipping of wine with cheapest option. I had hoped to pick up in San Francisco but you no longer have an office here! So I looked over the website again and found a great bargain so that I would get the two-bottle shipping price. Carol has been finding me and helping with updating credit info. Thanks

Hi Steven - Yes, we only have a location in Napa now, however do offer an in-house temperature-controlled van delivery, FedEx or will call pickup from Napa. We're glad this worked out and hope to work with you again soon!
Great service
Sarah was great at communicating not great news that was out of her control, and was generous to offer a solution. Its always great service when someone is outstanding when a challenge arises.

No issues to date...
My sincere apologies. The former negative shipping review was for another company sharing a similar name that ships UPS and was a total fail.
I've had absolutely no issues with orders or shipping from Vinfolio.

Not that great when compared to other wine shops
(Compared to my experience with K&L, Hi Time, Benchmark)
Not a great system overall. I was not notified when my pre-arrival purchased arrived. I happened to check on it and turned out it arrived 2.5 months ago and I didn't receive any notification.
When shipped, the package was not shipped to the shipping address I requested. It caused delivery exception and a 4-day delay. When it comes to wine, I don't like to have my wine held by couriers for too long due to possible mishandling or hot weather. This may cause damage that I won't find out until years down the road.

Awaiting the refund since June, 2021
Hello! since my order bottles of Dom Perignon Wild Panther Rose and received a mail that is not available for me, I kindly requested to mr David Greenwald, the total refund to my card account, but there is no response about it and neither news for when will be did.
What a shame!
