I have ordered 13 bottles of wine for over 180 euro.
I made an order on 22nd July, after 1 months I still haven't received my shippment, any information about it.
Moreover nobody answers calls or mails.

Prima si ultima oara cand folosesc acest site. Imediat dupa comanda am primit confirmarea platii pe email, mai exact suma platita, nicidecum continutul comenzii. Apoi am trimis un email intreband daca livrarea se va face din stoc UK, si nu mi s a raspuns explicit, in schimb un domn care a trimis emailul, Constantin Iliescu, mi a spus ca marfa va parasi depozitul pe 22 Mai , si va sosi pe 27 Mai. Am sunat de 2 ori la nr din London, si o data la cel din Bucuresti, am trimis doua emailuri acestui domn mai sus mentionat si nu mi a raspuns.
Am cerut full refund si astept reply.
Foarte prost customer service, gasiti alte surse de incredere. Pacat

They did not deliver they don't answer to messages or emails and did not got a refund so this is a scam. Do not use. I ordered a 200e whiskey and no parcel no refund, nothing. Will go with this to the crime police.

Totally unreliable. Ordered and paid 12 bottles for a family event, but didnt receive any estimated delivery time. Called both UK and Romanian numbers, emailed 3 times, no answer. Randomly, after more than 2 weeks (too late, had to buy wine again from somewhere else) the order was delivered. Not recommended.

£120 worth of wine. No wine, no response
I ordered £120 worth of wine in early December using their website. A few days later I received an email update informing me that my delivery will be made that day and the driver will contact me an hour beforehand.
That was the last communication I got from them. I got no phone call and no one came to my door.
I have since tried several times to ask about the order using the contact page but I get no response.
They still have my money and I haven't got anything from them. Be warned!

Scamming Romanian company, DO NOT BUY
Ordered 12 bottles of Purcari Pinot noir on Oct 2. Received only 6 bottles of Purcari Negru 3 weeks later. Emails are not being responded too. It is a sham Romanian company, they scam people and then never deliver and stop responding as soon as you raise issues. Will be starting a legal proceedings unless i receive a refund or exact amounts of what i had ordered asap.

Not clear that this company exists
- Ordered 800 EUR of wine a week ago
- No confirmation email
- Sent 3 emails so far to various email addresses - no responses
- Called three different numbers which either ring out or are disconnected
Will be pursuing via credit card
(ordered via Vinero.fr, but it's the same company)
Edit: the response by the company below makes it look like they initiated the refund. They did not. It was a chargeback.
Also “lost by the courier”. If there was a courier, then I should have at least been told when the order was packed and picked up by the courier. But this didn’t happen as there is no courier. The company does not exist.
Edit 2: I await your email to schedule it.
We'll need to change the address as the delivery was to my wedding venue.
