This company needs to be shut down, hopefully all the business partners and future customers will stay away from this dreadful company with such a dodgy owner, unprofessional and lacks business ethics totally. Not sure how this company still operates in the 2 countries Romania and the UK. Stay away, don't let yourself tempted by the low rates, it will come back to you in the most negative way.

This company should be shut for good for scamming people. I have ordered 6 bottles of wine and received only 4. I have made a complaint via email and didn't hear back from them. I have to see what is going on and, eventually, someone answered the phone. I've been told they will investigate and will come back to me. I've been scammed for about £55. This is a disgrace.
Do not order from them.

Ce site (vinero.fr) est clairement frauduleux - et il ressort en #1 lorsqu'on cherche de l'alcool sur internet en France!!!!!!!! C'est une arnaque absolue, aucune commande n'est passée et l'argent disparaît....aucun numero de contact, aucun recours!!!!

Scam, do not order from this company. I ordered on the 17th December 6 bottles of wine, never received them and no reply from the company to my emails.
The company quoted on their website EURO DRINKS DISTRIBUTION LTD cannot be found on Companies House website, however this is actually a Romanian company EURO DRINKS DISTRIBUTION SRL. I will report the site as it is clearly a scam and probably some of the 5 star reviews are fake.

On the 23rd January I placed an order for £158.74 worth of wine. An email with the order confirmation has come through, the money went out from the bank account the same day. While I understand that some orders might take longer to arrive, I find it unacceptable for no feedback to be provided on any of the 4 emails I have sent since the order was placed. The phone numbers are also unreachable. The experience has been very bad so far, however If the seller is seeing this, please provide feedback, as I’ve seen some reviews do receive responses.

This is a scam company, do not order! I have placed my order on 7th of January 2024 and they took the money on 08/01/2024. I have received a confirmation email of my order but nothing else. 3 weeks later I have emailed all the email addresses (both in UK and Romania) related to their business, inquiring about my order or requesting at least a despatch notification but I did not receive any replies, some emails did not go through as the email address was no longer in use. Another 2 weeks later I have tried calling both numbers both in UK and Romania, and no calls went through. This is a huge scam, be aware and stay away. I have reported to my bank and I am waiting for a resolution.

Site frauduleux, ne surtout pas acheter

Purchased about €280 worth of Scotch from them a month ago. Only one email confirming the order from them and a separate email from EURO DRINKS DISTRIBUTION SRL. We followed up with three emails to the different addresses with no replies and called but no answers. Either they have terrible customer service or this is a SCAM. avoid.

Ce site une est une vaste arnaque !! débité le 5.11.2023 et toujours rien reçu le 15 décembre .
Il y a un bien un numéro de téléphone où l'on vous répond très aimablement et en français mais ils ne peuvent rien faire pour nous aider tant ils reçoivent de réclamations.

I ordered some wines and read the reviews here afterwards. I was a bit worried and had my doubs after reading some of the reviews, but happy to say my experience was great. The wines arrived 11 days after placing the order in perfect conditions. Comunication with the delivery driver was great and he even waited for me a few minutes to arrive home.

Great service all around! We will order again.

The wines arrived in 5 days just in time for our party.

This is my third order with Vinero. They ship the wines from all over Europe so be prepared to wait for about 10 days

I recently made a purchase on this website, ordering a few rum bottles totaling over £100. However, I never received my order, and my attempts to contact the seller have gone unanswered. It's clear that this website is operated by scammers. I strongly advise against using their services or making any purchases. I rate them 0 stars due to the complete lack of reliability and customer support. Beware and protect your hard-earned money!

This website is a scam, please don't use. I ordered £300 of wine 4 weeks ago which has never arrived. No update or email since ordering. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response. The UK phone number isn't a real number, I have tried to call multiple times. Very disappointing. Please don't fall for this scam like I did.

Do not place an order from this site it’s a scam, they take you money but don’t deliver, then you can’t get through to them by email or phone it’s not a UK company it’s Romanian, I’d give it zero stars if I could, I google mapped their uk address and it’s an apartment block in London not a distribution centre stay well away from this site.
