I was under the impression they were based locally, but the parcels ended up coming from the EU. I believe they sorted the customs charges, but the 16-day wait felt like an absolute eternity.

DO NOT USE. No tracing number, telephone lines are not answering, They do not reply to emails

TOTALLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY - DO NOT USE!!!
I placed an order costing £126 on 04/08 and to date have not received the products. There is no response from the email address provided and the UK telephone numbers are unrelated to this company. After placing the order I received a confirmation email and the company took the money immediately from my credit card.
Sadly the negative reviews for this company are correct. Sadly now trying to reclaim my money through my credit card company.
THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, DO NOT USE THEM.

UPDATE - 24/09/25
The order finally arrived today 7 weeks after I ordered it. I had no response from Vinero to any of my emails, but I received an email from FedEx a week ago saying they were expecting my package and the tracking showed it was coming from Romania so I hoped it was this. The wines were very well wrapped and although the box was a little battered, the bottles were undamaged. Although it took 7 weeks from ordering to arrive and there was no communication from Vinero, they did complete the order. So if you do decide to use this company be prepared to wait for your goods, but they probably will arrive eventually!

As this is a co.uk website, you would expect the taxes and duties to be included in the price, otherwise you won’t be able to justify those steep figures when ordering from UK. Well it looks like they just sell overpriced brands and on top of that you are left with dealing with additional taxes. And it is nowhere specified in terms and conditions or at least I’ve miss that paragraph. Anyway, first and last time dealing with this company.

J'ai tenté de les appeler, ils ne parlent qu'italien, 3 adresses mail différentes, même sur facebook et 0 réponse.

Bref, des voleurs

Am făcut o comandă online, după o săptămâna încă îmi arată în procesare, am încercat să sun la nr de contact din pagină dar inactiv. Am trimis mail atât băncii cat și la Vinero și mi au răspuns după o săptămână spunându-mi ca nu știau de comanda, anulându-mi-o sì creând un refund care ar putea să dureze până la 30 de zile!

I've placed Order #69095 on November 11, 2024. After months and several emails NO response at all. 130GBP wasted.

C’est un site frauduleux et une arnaque d’envergure.
J’ai passé la commande et ça a bien été débité et je n’ai aucune nouvelle de Livraison où n’arrive à avoir personne. Et personne ne répond aux e-mails.
Ne commandez surtout pas.
Je vais aller déposer plainte

Ai commandé du whisky pour mon père le montant a bien été débité mais malgré plusieurs relances restées sans réponses je n’ai jamais rien reçu a éviter

Gran selección de vinos y buenos precios. Es la segunda vez que hago un pedido en vinero.es. Los vinos llegaron en 6 días.

En general una buena experiencia. Los vinos llegaron en 10 días. Todos los correos electrónicos que recibí fueron automatizados. La única interacción humana fue el día de la entrega cuando el mensajero me llamó.

J'ai commandé du vin blanc grec en septembre et payé par carte bancaire.
J'ai reçu la confirmation de commande, la carte à été débité mais je n'ai pas reçu le vin!
Personne a répondu à mes messages.

Two weeks ago I ordered 4 cases of Greek wine from vinero.es . I live in Spain in a rural area. I have tried to contact them to see if they have other wines from the same Greek winery. They answered 5 days later after the order was already shipped and I received an email from FedEx regarding the delivery date. The wines were delivered in great condition 3 days later.

Grande collection de vins, bons prix, mauvaise communication. La meilleure façon de les contacter est par email. La dernière commande a été livrée par FedEx.

Won’t be using! Tried to place an order, paying with Amex, as shown on the website. ‘Unable to process the payment’, all details entered correctly. But no explanation given.

This is truly unbelievable. We placed a wine order for €639.04 on August 14th for delivery to Spain. We’ve received no response to our emails, the phone numbers are not being answered, and the payment has not been refunded. It’s absolutely disgraceful.

Un timo, hice una compra en Junio y 3 meses después aun espero, no dan respuesta ni servicio. No comprar!

A scam, I made a purchase in June and 3 months later I'm still waiting, they haven't given me an answer. Don't buy from them!
