The worst of the worst
The worst of the worst! There is poor, there is bad, there is horrible and then there is this company! The only thing they get 5 stats for is poor service! We bought a table off them! It arrived with a piece missing, none the less the first piece in the poor instructions! We called. Emailed. Spoke to there ai chat, finally got to what appeared to be some what of a human who just stopped replying! finally get an email response with no actual answer accept they will try contact the relevant department. I actually dont even want the missing piece anymore but NO one and i mean NO one should buy anything from these guys.

the wire is a nightmare
the wire is a nightmare. Holes all through it now because the wiring got all tangled. The rest of it was easy to do, but if you move often, this is not ideal because you have to cut the wire to pack it down...

I wish I loved this office chair
I wish I loved this office chair. Definitely not as fluffy or comfortable unfortunately as the picture depicts. Very thin. Can feel the frame work beneath the cushioning, which is hardly there. Disappointed.

Felt like one million pieces
Aviary with Extension Silver 416x203x216cm - Felt like one million pieces to put this aviary together. So many different tubes, panels, joiners, screws, nuts, and bolts. Beware that the joiners are only plastic. Also had to buy extra screws from Bunnings to make sure the thin wire mesh could be properly secured. Took two people five hours a day for six days to put it together, the instructions are terrible and very small.

The item arrived very quickly.
I am very happy with the quality of the product.
Be aware that only low profile shoes fit if you use the separator to make 2 shelves per drawer.
You can always have one drawer with no separator for larger shoes/boots.
Overall excellent product

Dodge products. They sell products that are very different from photos. Poor quality and customer service is horrible too. Do not buy anything from them, even via Bunnings as they won't help you much.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER! The item was $89 (Prime free delivery) and initially not delivered to my address so the seller put the delivery on hold. After I followed up, the seller advised AMAZON provided my wrong address! Therefore they took longer than expected to deliver. Once I received the item, it was of extremely poor quality and I returned the item via AMAZON return label and paid $25 postage. After multiple emails back and forth for WEEKS with seller who continued to blame me for the wrong return address on the AMAZON label, they only refunded $51 claiming this was a gesture of goodwill. I am out of pocket $38 difference for the item and $25 for postage of a rubbish product.
THEY ARE RIP OFF be warned about the quality because if you need to return, you will not get a refund for the amount you paid for it, plus return postage.

The item is terrible
The item is terrible. Bought a tool draw unit. There is no way this would hold tools. It is cheap and nasty. The draws are much smaller than the cabinet so you think you are getting draws with lots of room, but no, the draws are deceptively a lot smaller than the unit!!. The draws stick and the wheels that the draws run on are cheap and nasty. Complete waste of money
