EDIT: After further discussion with their customer support as the matter was escalated, they accepted a return and I was only charged less than $90 for the return. Got my refund for the 14 garden beds returned. Thank you Tanya @customer support for your honest and professional communication.
OLD: The quality of the garden beds were very poor and not strong. I ordered 18 of the garden beds. My husband had already unpacked and coupled 4 of them before I saw them. I want to return the 14 that has not been opened but they want to charge me $333 for shipping cost back to them. I could ship all the items using a mini-pallet through FedEx for $182. Also, they are charging a so called return fee of $399.86. This is different from the $333 shipping cost. So total of $732 they want to take. This is different from the shipping cost of $333 I paid for when I bought the items on the 1st of September. It was delivered on the 8th of September. This return fee of $399 is illegal because why am I paying extra to return something that I did not use. Totally against the Australian consumer law. Also, note that I requested to return this item just two days after it was delivered to me. Which was about 9 days since I placed the order.

I ordered a single bed on 19 August…
Refusing a full refund in the fell apart item by this company. Delivery delayed badly.
I ordered a single bed on 19 August 2026, the message on the sale screens said next day delivery, but we wanted for 7 days . On 26 August 2026 we received the very small back.
We spent all day to install it on 29 August 2026, but on 30 August 2026 , just within one day the bed fell apart, bed head and bed sections fell apart, I fell on the floor and my leg got hit.
I emailed and asked this company for a full refund, and return the item. but this company emailed back to me, said that they refund me $19 or $30 coupon. What’s rip offs company ?!!!
I am going to take a legal action against this company….

L-shape raw pine shelf bed frame
I ordered a raw pine l-shaped shelf bed frame and I’m super happy with it. It came with the tools needed though was a bit rough putting together without a power tool, but totally worth it. Update and delivery was super fast as well. I e purchased Vidaxyl products in the past through third party sites, but this was the first time I made a direct purchase and I think I’ll just shop direct from now on. Not Easy
Found the instructions were not very clear. A lot of the holes did not match up when putting the shed together so we had to improvise by drilling new holes ourselves. Needed to buy materials to reinforce shed as it was very flimsy

Great product, terrible delivery.
The cupboard was exactly what I wanted but the delivery left a lot to be desired. The website said it was next day delivery but it didn't even leave their factory for 4-5 days. After another 4-5 days I received a notification that delivery had been made, but it hadn't been delivered. After contacting them via their A1 I was told several times that it had DEFINITELY been delivered. After asking to speak with a human (which I never got to do) more than once I was told delivery would be in 2 days... which it was. What a nightmare.

I purchased in Avery and when I…
I purchased in Avery and when I received it some of the items were wrong size basically it was for a smaller size and when I contacted them they asked for photos and information that I had given them plus a heap of photos they keep asking for more photos and sizes and tell me that they will get back to me in 6 days and now it been at least 12+ Days and when contacted them to find out what happening they asked for more photos and for me to set it up and give them photos and sizes of it set up now you can't set it up cos half the stuff is to small so I wouldn't be buy anything else from them and on top the it plastic connectors to join the frame together not metal and very flimsy framing not strong as it should be for a bird Avery that's roughly about 4 meters by 2 meters by 2 meters so definitely not worth the $900 but delivery was good 5 ⭐ for delivery the rest about 1 or 2 stars

Terrible quality! Worst flat pack ever!

VidaXL bed fran without mattress white double 135 x 190
Arrived in small individual pieces, nothing labelled at all. A large bag of mixed screws, nails, dowels all interlocked and unlabelled. Was like putting a puzzle together. Took me 2 days. The quality is cheap, the white matte laminate finish is so transparent it looks dirty.
VidaXL storage headboard with shelf white engineered wood 140.
Atleast some parts were labelled and screws were separated. Quality is still cheap and came in small parts.
Want 2 days of my life back. Total Cost $595.58 with postage
Very disappointed, looks so cheap.

Faulty planterboxes
They sent me two planterboxes which are covered in a plastic that is supposed to be for protection during transport. The plastic is ripped, bubbled up, scratched off in small patches. It can not be removed as it is thin and very stuck. Firstly, why not use thin cardboard for easy removal and environmental care? Secondly, it looks bad and I don't want the boxes like this. I paid AUD 218. They offered me $20 refund. They are going to charge $40 for taking them back despite them sending me faulty products. Greed before honesty and accountability. When, in the chat, I said I am not willing to pay $40 for their mistake, they hung up. Be warned people. This company is run with dishonesty and greed.
