Joanne responded by phone to an online investigation I had made. Her attitude was a mixture of friendly and professional. She was well aware of her legal obligations but was also able to communicate in a more informal manner. I posed many questions and made many comments but she was determined to get to the important point- a decision. Well done Joanne.

Nice company to deal with.
A very straightforward phone call to both insure my pet, and also take out the health plan (VIP).
Everything I was promised ie paper as opposed to email was not a problem.
Harriet was very professional, yet friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my new puppy - I think she picked up on my excitement!
They even asked if they could put my puppy on their socials after seeing pictures of her....of course I said yes.
Nice company to deal with and look fwd to being with them for a long time.

very easy and efficient service - I didn't even have to get involved - my vet did the claim and it was paid within 2 days I believe.

Great level of service
Getting quotes for my rescue dogs insurance, i spoke to many pet insurance companies and Vetsure were by far the friendliest, most informed, personable company I spoke to. Jodie and Ally were extremely helpful with providing a quote and then helping me set up the right level of cover. They were not only trying to sell a product, they genuinely came across as caring, asking lots of questions about how our rescue was settling into his new home and they are a credit to the company and gave a lasting impression of the company.
