Your call handler made this experience…
Your call handler made this experience great. She was warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about the Health Plan product and made the experience very personal - rare in today’s busy market. Explanations were crystal clear, questions answered and she was also a good listener. Happy to provide me with an insurance quote on request and again able to answer questions about the product and be honest about the scope of the plan. I did not feel pushed or rushed. I felt supported, valued and guided.

So professional and helpful
Spoke to Vanessa multiple times bless her we arranged a call but due to a series of events I wasn't able to take her call on a couple of occasions 2e finally managed to have the call and she was outstanding professional and wonderfully helpful and kind would 100 percent recommend to anyone thank you Vanessa!!

I would not recommend taking insurance…
I would not recommend taking insurance with this company. Firstly I paid £36 a month for two cats and was told it would include being sent monthly flea and worm treatments that never happened. I contacted them twice directly and twice via my vets who tried to sort it but said there was a computer error.it was never sorted. Now I have cancelled they say they need 30 days notice!
