The lady i spoke to about my pet insurance was very friendly and helpful. Easy to talk too, calling my dog by name just felt bit more personal. Which i thought was nice. She answered all of my questions i had and helped with parts i was unsure about too. She was called Vanessa

No problem with this insurance
No problem with this insurance. They work with my vets so it's very easy to use. I have used it twice for very small claims. But I didn't know if I was going to need more appointments. I'm glad I didn't but it would have been covered.

Very helpful in a difficult situation
Having recently suffered a serious personal loss, I was very emotional. I adopted a puppy from a dog rescue, to help look forward to the future, both for me and the puppy.
I was treated with kindness and empathy by the lady spoke with on the phone. She helped me organize the pet insurance and was very helpful going over things several times with me to make sure I understood. I also like the fact that they deal with the vet directly.
