Just an excellent product

Very quick delivery excellent service

I found the product I wanted easily and at a good price. Delivery was quicker than expected.

Wet food delivered in bulk and on time. This is a repeat order and the third one to have a burst tray due to inadequate packing/bad handling. Hence would give 5 stars for product but only 4 including delivery.

Ordered 2 lots of 12kg. In the first parcel received 2 6kg bags, contacted them was told that will be sent missing 12kg. Parcel arrived with 3x2.2kg bags which is 6kg not 12kg. Still missing 6kg, safe to say that I won’t be ordering again, which is a great shame as my dog is doing well on this food health wise and seems to like it as well.

I was really disappointed with Pets Choice who now own Vets Kitchen. They contacted me on 19-7, sorted out my order and said that they are working on improving their customer support.
Part of my monthly subscription of dog food was out of stock. I reviewed the order on the web site, no mention of it being out of stock or an email letting me know it was out of stock so I could amend my order and get an alternative product. I received an email telling me the money has been refunded. I would not have enough dog food for the coming month. I rang customer support and was put through to a very unfriendly and unhelpful lady who said it was a new system, nothing could be done and I had received a refund. I asked to buy an alternative sack of food to make up the shortfall in the order she could not help. Update 17-7 refund is not immediate can take up to 10 days not helpful when I need another sack of dog food!

Easy to order on line, deliveries always on time. Have used Vet's Kitchen for nearly 12 years have never been disappointed with the service. I then had the shattering experience of losing my dog and having to return unused bags of dog food. The staff couldn't have been more understanding and were so very helpful and a full refund was posted straight away. For that experience alone I would fully recommend Vet's Kitchen.

No notification of when the delivery was arriving, not even on the day of arrival. Also not even any email notification to say that the order had actually been delivered - I just got home one day and found a box of dog food thrown over my gate. Very odd.

Switched to this dog food following a conversation with a vet. Unfortunately my dog has a very sensitive digestive system, which seems to cause her to be sick if she has anything different. Bought the Vets Kitchen Sensitive Care and my dog as really loved it. No digestive issues since. Ordered direct from Vets Kitchen, which was easy, and it arrived really quickly. Recommended.
