Website is absolutely rubbish. Even though I have ordered off it & emails have been sent to my email address it doesn't recognise my email address!!! You have to ring up to delete a payment card from your account. Dog food is great tho, so only 2 stars from me I'm afraid.

Easy ordering, quick despatch

After a long battle I finally had my dogs stomach settled with the sensitive lamb food for it then to go out of stock, I tried the alternative flavour and I am back to a poorly dog and more vet bills. I can not understand how a big company such as yours not being able to keep up a constant supply of food.

I'm happy to have it on time and this is very important for my dogs

I ordered 2 bags from them, then one was out of stock, then they sent the wrong variety.. but was refunded and told to keep the other bag ( I donated to local food bank )
So don’t think I’ll be ordering from the company again, as had to them source dogs food from somewhere else

Most of my order was out of stock and I have not received the remainder

Out of stock again! Had to wean my dog onto a different food.

In recent weeks I have changed my English Setter's diet to Vet's Kitchen Sensitive Stomach Pork and Potato recipe. She really tucks into her food now and her digestive problems have been eliminated following a serious case of gastro enteritis.
I originally bought this food in Tesco, which was a simple process to resupply as necessary. But, unfortunately, Tesco no longer seem to stock it and I have been unable to buy it anywhere locally.
I, therefore, had to turn to ordering direct from Vet's Kitchen in order to avoid another change of diet for my dog.
Ordering was a simple process, arrived by DPD within three days and is scheduled for a repeat order in four weeks.
I am really happy to see my dog settled on this product and feel reassured that future supplies are secured, but would like to see this brand available at local level once more in order that other pet parents may have the opportunity to try their pets on it!

Just the best food company I have dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone, for their dog food and their customer quality service, which is excellent.
