William was very helpful got me better deal for my life insurance took out all the stress thank you .

Cameron called me and took the time to explain everything, find cover that worked for me and my personal circumstances and was extremely friendly in the process. As a very busy person I wasn't the easiest to contact but Cameron made sure to call me at a time (or 2) convenient to myself and my schedule to ensure my cover was up to date and most appropriate for me. Couldn’t thank him enough for his help and I’ve come away from it all with cover that gives me peace of mind

Oliver helped secure a great life insurance policy to cover the costs of our mortgage if the worst was ever to happen! Hoping it won’t ever be needed but it’s peace of mind knowing we are are fully covered. Oliver provided a great service to us and answered all our questions. Many thanks Oliver 😁

He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best policies for our needs and deal for us. He explained everything clearly from the start. He also called back at the agreed times. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for life insurance.

Helen Brierley was amazing explained everything so you understood terms and there was no pressure to go ahead with anything if you didn't want . She made it 1-1 like she knew you not just a person at the end of the phine

Life Insurance is something we all have but dont pay much attention to. It was nice to have the document reviewed by William Redgrave and the young lady who initiated the call. William was polite, respectful of my time, had a good sense of humour when asking
questions and very patient when listening to my answers.

Explanations were given clearly and direct. Anything that i didnt understand, William broke down with examples that i could connect with in everyday life.

It was nice to be able to chat without being bombarded with policy jargon. One thing that really stood out about William, waa the way that the costings of the Life Insurance was calculated. At no time did I feel pressured for a 'hard sell' . William suggested plans that were not only suitable for me but my finances too. It makes a refreshing change to find a company like that, but then what can you expect from a company called 'Hug Life'.

I am wary to recommend organisations to others, but i will in this instance. Lets hope the excellent service continues.
