I spoke with william redgrave today from hug life and he helped me to switch me life insurance to the best deal possible . He explained everything so clearly and was patient with some phone signal issuses. William showed genuine care and compasssion on the phone and i couldnt of asked for a better experience.

I had a conversation with a lovely young man called Oliver Wilson. He was very knowledgeable and gave my various options on the choice of life insurance policies that might suit me. He phoned when he said he would and checked on information to make sure all was correct. Emails and text messages came through very promptly, correcting any information that wasn’t right at that time.
All in all I was very happy with what I chose based on Oliver’s recommendations.
