VeryApt and Jeff made finding an apartment in DC seamless and enjoyable. I saw a wide range of apartments and settled on a building I love. Jeff was knowledgeable, supportive, and not pushy in any way. I would use them again if I need a new apartment in the future.

I had such a good experience with VeryApt. Finding an apartment in a city you've never lived in before can be a nightmare, which makes the stress of moving even worse. VeryApt was responsive to all of my questions and concerns and was SUCH a valuable resource. While we toured apartments they knew the right questions to ask the rental managers that I would have never thought to ask, and their knowledge of the city was so useful while I considered where I wanted to live. I would easily recommend this service again.

Julia and Josh were extremely helpful with setting up apartment tours at the last minute, and gave me some great advice on how best to navigate the search process.

The experience of the staff and the simplicity of the service was very valuable! It was great to have someone give perspectives on the neighborhoods we were looking at as well as helping us compare the apartments to others. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you are moving to a new city you have never lived in before!

I worked with Jana Pierce, an angel of a human that was beyond helpful throughout the entire process. I would say that she possesses some type of telekinetic abilities in knowing exactly what you're looking for in a home. I never once had a hint of stress because she was in my corner all the way to the end. Her perfect scheduling, prompt responses, and glowing personality made this more than just a "search" for a home, but rather an enjoyable adventure that I would recommend to anyone in the market for an apartment. Don't sleep on these peeps, folks. The best of the best.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service, very friendly staff. I was helped by Katrina, she was polite and kind, and even though I had many restrictions as to when and how I could view the apartments (I live abroad), she took me on virtual tours everywhere, and we found a great place.
