I popped into Vertu VW Huddersfield last week to look at approved used cars and was really well looked after.
From the salesperson and the management who dropped by to introduce themselves, I was made to feel welcome and that they were interested in my needs.
I was happy to walk out with a new car, made possible by their courteous and positive attitude.

Callum our sales contact made the service great from start to finish even despite the issues out of his control.
He was helpful, informative and kept constant contact from start to finish.

Drove from Manchester to Huddersfield for a confirmed test drive. After waiting two days for a response we were finally told everything was booked in and ready only to arrive and find they prepared a completely different model. No warning no apology.
I asked for the manager to call me and still haven’t heard a thing. I told the salesperson directly but I have no faith the message was even passed on. At this point it feels like they just don’t care. Completely unprofessional I would strongly recommend advice avoiding them.

Fantastic dealership with a good selection of new and second hand cars. The team did a brilliant job of helping me secure a car, they were patient, informative and knowledge. The process of buying the car was easy from start to finish. I was informed of any updates by email and, if anything needed discussing, Callum at VW Huddersfield answered all my questions. The handover was very smooth and, once again, Callum went through and explained all the features which the car possessed. I was then told to ring up at any point if I was unsure of anything. I’ve also received a couple of courtesy calls to ask how I’m getting on with my car. I would definitely say I received excellent service from Vertu and wouldn’t hesitate to repeat buying from them in the future. Thanks again to Callum for all his assistance and knowledge which certainly helped greatly along the way.

I’ve been going to VW Huddersfield for 15 years now to purchase cars and have never been disappointed. Every time I go back the team find the best deal to suit my budget and always give me advice around which car will suit my needs at the time and what will hold the most equity when it comes to part exchanging. Their knowledge, professionalism and patience when dealing with someone as indecisive and picky as myself is admirable to say the least!
