The initial Sales experience was great - I’m pleased with my car and the good service that I received from the Used Car Sales team.
I did have an issue trying to get to the correct person to get a refund processed (hence the 4 star review, rather than 5 stars), but Harry stepped in and got it resolved for me.
I highly recommend Vertu Vauxhall Waltham Cross for your next car buy.

We popped in to the Showroom at Waltham X whilst waiting for our car to be serviced. Got talking to Tipo, a lovely guy on the sales team. A while later we had purchased a new Frontera! Tipo was knowledgable, patient, and professional, without being pushy. The team at Waltham X worked it to allow us to get the deal we wanted and were comfortable with. Tipo also makes a great coffee! I would definitely recommend this branch, and definitely ask for Tipo!

Sham at Vertu in Waltham Cross could not have been more helpful and cooperative in my search for a nearly new car. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and would recommend this dealership when you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

We got to the dealers and we were offered help straight away, I looked at a couple of cars in my price range and decided what I wanted, I was offered extras but there was no hard sell, I had excellent service when choosing my car and when collecting it, if I was to change cars I’d definitely go back

I have gone to Paul Smith with all the 4 cars I have purchased at the Waltham cross branch because he’s always gone above and beyond to ensure that I get the best value for my money and what I want rather than just selling me car. I couldn’t recommend him enough in fact I have recommended him along the way to family and friends.

WARNING - AVOID! AVOID!

Horrendous. Seriously do not go to this garage if you want a service or tyre change as you will end up with a bigger bill then when you went in! This garage has seriously gone downhill recently as this was previously my 'go to' garage for servicing.

My car ended up going from 1 tyre sensor not working to all 4 after this garage had finished with it.

I was asked by Dylan "what's wrong?" (ironically the Service Manager) after a lady at the front desk had sort more advice. Dylan also said "don't go shaking your head" when I disagreed with him and then Dylan accused my partner of saying the garage had sabotaged the car, almost making her cry and that it was a coincidence that the 4th sensor had stopped working

I was also told by the lady with the glasses at the front desk that the tyre monitoring system does not work if one of the sensors stops working.

The man at the front desk had also advised that resetting the sensors had shown that they were faulty, even though 3 were working and giving readings fine before taking the car to this garage.

Another lady at the front desk had advised that the engineer had used a device to measure the tyre sensors.

All in all every single person (4) at this garage had given different reasons for why the car no longer could display tyre pressure readings.

The amount of poor, changing and then lying means it is best not to go to this garage unless you want to shell out hundreds on tyre pressure sensors and get disrespected in the process!

Other examples of poor service show that this is systemtaic to the whole team at Vertu Waltham Cross. The person who called us to say the car was ready made us wait over 20 mins for the car, we were told the car was 'somewhere down the side' when it was ready (we found it on the opposite side of the building) and to top it all we were almost locked in as they had not checked we had left.

An engineer in the complimentary video had suggested when new tyres had been fitted that they had broken the sensors - As mentioned 3 sensors were working fine before this garage got hold of the car.

To top it off, i had recommended this garage! It has therefore seriously gone downhill.

Paul was very supportive, made the whole process easy and clear!

I just wanted to leave a review for the Team at Vauxhall Vertu in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire.
Everyone we communicated with on the phone were great ~ upbeat, friendly and helpful.
Reece was the person we met in person and we’ve got to say ~ he is so professional and friendly ~ he really listens which makes a big difference to us. He paid great attention to detail and was organised, helpful and efficient. He had a lovely calm presence and we felt completely happy with everything after meeting him.
He is a real credit to the branch. Thank you :-)

Everything was made simple for me, from looking at the car, to asking about some points that need addressing. they were addressed and going through the paperwork and the salesman, Tipo was upfront and very apologetic and did everything that he could do to make it easy and smooth for me. Tipo also replied when I phoned and kept me in the loop with every stage. the after care was there too and the fact that I can pop in anytime for a coffee and catch up is very kind too.

Treated with respect and in a friendly professional manner at all times. Always helpful.

Unfortunately our experience with Vertu motors was not great. After obtaining an online valuation for my car we attended a dealership and although there was a small discrepancy on the mileage given, they offered over £2000 less than their online valuation based upon the new mileage figure. I declined their offer then went back onto their web site to obtain a figure with the correct mileage and it was still £1500 above what they were actually offering, they just wasted my time. I have dealt with We Buy any Car previously and they are much better. I would say if you want to sell your car go elsewhere.

Was very happy with how everything went. Dealing with Paul smith, Harry Radford and Mitau .Even on peoples day off I was passed over to another member of staff and again all went smoothly.
