I came to them with the boot look stuck on and start stop didn't work so as me and the RAC man tried to open the lock from the inside of the boot they said we brought the lock and i had to pay and i hadn't done many miles so it's my fault the battery was low and that had to be replaced at my expense £1000 and they didn't even wash the car they said that's £6 can't trust this company I'm still call and emailing them regarding so.d information they promised but now they are ignoring me

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service from Husseyin Ahmet from start to finish….THANK YOU! Great support, advice and understanding, and as a result, had complete trust in him and wider team.
After visiting our local, independent garage 3 times in 4wks for ongoing, intermittent warning lights on dash and loss of power, we were getting nowhere. We were told it was a blip, codes were investigated and cleared each time, it had been up on ramp and nothing wrong – car was safe to drive. By clearing codes, they made it more difficult and expensive to resolve. Car was not right and faults continued.
Vertu team identified issues/works needed. I’m no mechanic but it was crystal clear from their complimentary visual health check that the’ unexpected’ additional works were very much needed. I was relieved to finally have concerns listened to, car sorted and have piece of mind the car was safe for sons to drive.
There was clear communication at every stage including breakdown of costs, etc.
Highly recommend and will happily drive that bit further in future for car to go back to Vertu Waltham Cross!

On my initial visit, Vertu's Sales Advisor, Mitau, offered sound advice whilst listening to my specific driving needs. His knowledge of the type of vehicle best suited to my needs became openly discussed. Mitau's input quickly enabled me to decide on my future Vauxhall.
After the results of a test drive, I purchased the Vauxhall Corsa. Mitau made the paperwork quick and easy to understand. 10/10 for Mitau's customer excellence.

Great service especially Mitau which was the salesmen that served me he was helpful in every way as we was in a situation where we was let down by Skoda and if it wasn’t for Mitau we would of end up waiting for a car from Skoda which we didn’t want

Great sales staff at Vauxhall Vertu Waltham Cross
Have been having exhaust problems with a Chevrolet Aveo - tempory fix done locally in East Midlands where we live and given the all-clear to drive to London, while garage tried to source replacement silencer. On the way back, A10 and M25 blocked due to jacknifed lorry and so, headed east to avoid. In Vertu Waltham Cross, exhaust silencer parted company with chasis, but was able to drag it, still attached, to first right-turn and found ourselves in Waltham Cross Vauxhall dealer car-lot. The people in the show room made a space for us on the car-lot and allowed us to park up and call the RAC. The staff let us stay in the air conditioned showroom on a very hot day (free coffee provided) for several hours waiting for the RAC. RAC uncoupled silencer and we were able to continue back to East Midlands and the noise was not that bad!
Sincere thanks to the sales staff at Vauxhall, Vertu Waltham Cross, for their generosity and kindness on what was a difficult day for us. Got back home to East Midlands in one piece - no further misshaps! Now to find a replacement silencer!

The worst customer service I've…
The worst customer service I've experienced.
After having car serviced some how ended up with a broken hanging rear fog light. Despite my car passing MOT twice since a repair was made from a independent garage after I had minor incident.
My car was intact when it was delivered.
Was given a offer to have part replaced only then to be told I would need to replace my entire bumper.
When I questioned why it hadn't been mentioned at the time of service, was told it was on my paperwork, which it wasn't and "not to get so irate" when I voiced my frustration.
This company lacks the ability to give clear transparent communication between customers and staff. Forever having to chase departments to get updates, left sitting waiting for hours with no check ins or updates.
After 3 years of the same lack lustre service I will be terminating my Service Plan and would advise that you think twice before signing up. As I can assure you that the below statement is completely untrue.
"Here at Vertu, we pride ourselves in delivering the very highest standard of service every single day. Our Contact Centre is available 7 days a week, meaning our friendly team of experts is always here to help."

The service was personal
The service was great. The sales team paid attention to specific requirements of the car and sent a personalised video ahead of a test drive. When I purchased the car, it was fully cleaned and brought into the showroom for a more special unveiling of the vehicle. Both the salesman and manager, who dealt with finances, were great to deal with.

Great service all around from Alexandra…
Great service all around from Alexandra and the team. Alexandra was always on hand to answer questions during the order period of the new car, always keeping me on track to sign my papers, take out insurance, and best of all, make sure I got the best electric car lease deal that I could actually afford with the right level of insurance. Great customer service, great friendly staff. Why order online when going to an actual dealer makes everything hitch-free for such an important financial commitment.
