Really positive experience when purchasing my car. Sarah explained everything clearly and was really friendly

Dom Whitehead guided us through the whole process of buying the car in a professional and efficient manner. His approach was conversational and I did not feel under any pressure.

Straight forward no hassle collection was quick & out on the road we was enjoying our new 7 seater Vw tayron R line

When i came in to ask about a mobility car a young gentleman called Hasan Hussain talked me through everything . He went above and beyondto explain show me cars till i decided on one . Thankyou so much Hasan i love my car . X

Buying a new VW at Vertu, Crosshills/Skipton is always a smooth, stress-free and enjoyable experience- I’m on my 5th car from them so that says a lot. Everything was explained fully by Pete and other members of the team. I was able to call with follow-up questions whenever I needed to and nothing was too much trouble. The showroom is always gleaming and the staff are friendly yet professional. Highly recommended.
The servicing department are also excellent.

I wasn’t sure at first about buying a car by just looking at it online, but Dom explained everything to us in great detail and so we went ahead. It turned out that our fears were unfounded and we are now the very happy owners of our new ( to us ) Dacia Duster. The trade in price of our vehicle was also fair and no haggling was needed. We would, and hopefully will, use them again.

I was impressed with how Bobbi took the time to explain things to me and nothing was to much trouble. My new car is very good and I am enjoying driving it. Thank you Bobbi.

My car is currently at Vertu Nissan Northampton awaiting repair under warranty for a fault that developed within 2 weeks of me buying the car on 01/10/25 from Vertu Vauxhall Skipton. Some of this work needs to be authorised by you, I have emails and text messages where you have said you would pay for this warranty work but you are not taking calls or messages from Vertu Nissan Northampton. I have been waiting patiently since October for this work to be done and despite the car being in the garage for 7 days they cannot complete the work without your authorisation. Please could you contact Vertu Nissan Northampton to enable this work to be completed.

Where to start. I bought a second hand Mokka a year ago, 6 months after the purchase it was due a service, they found an oil leak (which was listed as an advisoryon the previous MOT which they did) but not on the 12 month MOT I received with the vehicle so I presumed it had been fixed. I took the car back in so they could find where the leak was coming from. I was then informed that the timing chain needed replacing, which would cost slightly less than what I earn in a month!! We negotiated a payment plan and the works was carried out but I wasn't given any paperwork as they said they didn't know how to work it out with the payment plan, I took the car back 2 months later as it was still leaking oil, this work was done at no cost to me because a seal had failed. Because I have now lost trust in this company I took the car somewhere else for a MOT, I'm pleased to say it passed however there is still an oil leak.
As it stands I would definitely NOT recommend.

Bobbie, Vertu saleswoman, was very professional with a personal touch.
She did not push us and left us to browse at our convenience.
She explained all the features of the vehicle we were interested in both before and on the test drive. Everything was explained clearly, part exchange and additional cover on the new car, she kept in touch with us all through the sale and pick up. The personal videos were an extra special touch. Very happy with Vertu Skipton .

The first thing that made my experience great was the friendliness and professionalism of the sales person Hasan. He made us feel very welcome and explained everything in detail. The test drive was good and the collection of the car was exciting. Overall the experience was brilliant.

From start to finish - very professional and helpful. Jacob was knowledgeable and patient for my never-ending questions. He worked hard to find me the best car to suit my needs, at a good price.

They book specific service appointment times, but when you arrive, they casually tell you it could take all day. In reality, the actual service only takes about 30–40 minutes — so why mislead customers with fixed time slots?

If appointment times don’t actually mean anything, they might as well just say, “Bring it in whenever you want and you’ll get it back whenever we feel like it.” It’s frustrating, inconvenient, and shows a lack of respect for people’s time.

We were helped along the way by a very kind and helpful member of staff called Jacob. He couldn't do enough to help us and we found the process of purchasing our car hassle free thanks to Jacob.

Brilliant customer service the sales rep Joseph went above and beyond to help me in every way, and his manager helped us sort out a mistake made by my self couldn't help enough.

After years of buying cars from Bristol Street motors Keighley the latest purchase will be the last.

The dealerships service has deteriorated over the last few years and now sadly the sales side has followed.

They are only interested in selling you paint protection, extended warranties, alloy wheel protection and gap insurance adding all this on to the price as standard leaving it up to you to notice and get it removed.

The latest purchase was a used car for our daughter. We went to pay for the car we were told we couldn't pay for it as it had to come from her bank account ! What a load of rubbish !

When she collected the car it hadn't been valeted some promised minor repairs hadn't been done as promised and to top it off when she turned the car on the engine management light came on and it broke down.

Vertu was a name you could once trust but sadly not any longer Vauxhall Keighley really is shambolic.

Within a month of buying my car, I had taken it back for the disc's and pads checking as they didn't seem right. I was told that there was nothing wrong. 11 months later when it went for a service I was given advisorys on disc's and pads after barely doing 3000k miles and which was all short journeys. Very disillusioned with this company, I let them know in the survey they had sent me. About a month later I got a phone call from a Mark Pickles to discuss the problem, by which time I had paid for the disc's and pads changing and telling this to Mark Pickles, he said that he would reimburse me on proof of receipt. Sent these over a month ago and not heard anything from anyone. First car I have bought from this company, I am Extremely disappointed with this company definitely will not be going back to this place, I would not recommend to anyone.
