Ai-Sha answered my call on Saturday afternoon, showed me the car on Monday and by Wednesday I was driving home in it. Quick, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly help at all times from her and her team.

Great, honest, pressure free sales and service
Liam M was a professional, knowledgeable sales person who guided us brilliantly through the process of buying a car we expressed an interest in. He made sure it was the right vehicle for us and took great care to answer all our queries. The team (including the receptionist and manager at time of handover) took extra care to ensure our comfort and experience - thank you.

Iv been dealing with doncaster burrows Toyota for years now and recently vertu took over,I have to say Iv never seen a company go down hill so quickly,the staff are like completely different people,nobody returns any calls and when you take your car in for service they all seem to have that couldn’t care less attitude apart from the lady on the door. I’m seriously thinking of going to an independent garage in future after 40 years. Such a shame because Iv always had a great relationship with staff,sadly not anymore.

No pressure environment
The process was pretty smooth, especially when it came to test driving and getting the paperwork sorted. I hate high pressure sales so I was really pleased not to be foisted on something I didn’t want. Cars are fairly priced and there’s lots of technical knowledge on the part of the staff, special thanks to Liam C.
Free hot drinks are much appreciated too!

Good service but nothing outstanding. Follow up after sale was notreally engaged. Just ticking box. No interaction. And mainly, no particular encouragement to buy. Just "by and go away" approach. Fair enough.
