Excellent service from the Paisley branch

I was invited to the VIP weekend and it all started from there, I was given a very good welcome and after a few twos and throws I got the perfect deal on my new car, always get treated very well when I go, this is now my 4th car I have purchased, will find it hard to go elsewhere.

Very easy to deal with after a horrendous experience with Arnold Clark. Thanks to Scott, the process was seamless. I am really with the car.

Excellent service from the start. I have bought a few cars from Peugeot Paisley. Every time the staff have been very professional and very helpful. The customer service i have received has always been outstanding.

From the moment we walked into the Linwood showroom we were made to feel welcome especially from Kerri-Adele the Motability sales executive. Her knowledge and experience shines through and she is a credit to the Vertu dealership.
She kept us updated with everything along the way and made what can be a stressful experience very easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and understanding was very much appreciated.

Kerry was very helpful & knowledgeable and kept me informed of the progress of my car.

After I complained on here, The sales manager Darren reached out and told me my airbag light will be fixed and that he will get me a courtesy car to allow them fix my car properly. Now my car panoramic sunroof is leaking into the car all within less than 1 year and 3 months. And without diagnosis, they are already telling me my warranty wont cover this time around. How will I say I buy 2 cars within space of less than 3 years and it all keep having issues and problems. They lie about so many things. This person on the call says they can't provide me loan car and Darren the sales manager have not responded to my email and they are also dodging him from me when I ask to be passed on to him. This has been going on since January 6th this year.

I will have to use other route to pursue my claim against this company. This is frustrating

Update well we received our back 4 months 4 days after the repair from 04/11/2025, 6 days later the car would not start and constant alarm and guess what everybody the same issue the cars computer not communicating with the car that was the job description.
However recently i have found out i`m not the only mug to own a Peugeot 3008 ev, viewing Peugeot issues online a staggering 8000 cars across Europe with the same issue total incompetence.
The motoring industry watchdog Whatcar will today learn about the great Stellantis group my issue below is not all about Peugeot paisley Vertue motors group. (This is about Peugeot paisley).
Well its been 18 days since talking to Alex Sharp the garage manager with the promise of communication they will keep me informed of progress of my car repair and heard absolutely nothing what a big surprise biggest joke service i have ever received,
Two months 3 days of a minor car issue.
My car came into your garage on the 17/11/2025 for an alternator charging cable replacement, even though my car had broken down with a diagnosis on the 2nd of November for a 3 hr refit of my car reg is SG74 NLE a motability lease, on the 23/12/25 we were summoned to pick up my fully repaired car.After 4 hours waiting in your lovely waiting area  i was cold and in pain we were sent home with our tails between our legs as after Jason took us to my motability vehicle only to find it was not actually fixed he then sent us packing in our uninsured hire car home some 95 miles to Lochgilphead, i really don't know how a car once fixed had a flat battery after a week.Now at home we are wondering if our new year's wish is going to come true for us to receive our long awaited fixed car or after 6 weeks it is not really fixed again or it breaks down on the way home.We are really glad for you, Our car is a motability leased car not privately owned for the sake of the trading standards, After receiving this joke of a service, RAC has said our hire car is supposed to be picked up today thus leaving us, especially me a disabled person left without transport.I up to now have had a hire car to use,even though I cannot use the car because it is not suitable for me, glad in my heart knowing we have a fully working hire car, us being safe and sound, just now recalling  when Jason led us to our so called fixed car on the 23/12/25 he must of made a Christmas miracle as how he opened our car door without a key remote perhaps the car was not actually fixed after 6 weeks even though the RAC informed me on the 16/12/25 the car was fixed and ready to be picked up.So now I'm wondering when ?? will i receive a fully working Christmas miracle and i`am looking forward to all of the lack of communication/service with not a smile from your uncaring colleagues at your premises  i`am so glad for the future if i wished to buy a car from you dealership i just had  too but to pop over the road to Arnold Clarke where i had purchased cars before numerous times from well trained commutative pleasant staff several years of very happy purchases until i crossed the road to vertu motors funny that word vertu or virtue ( behavior showing high moral standards) if you would like to discuss further however communication is not a great point at your premises you may contact me on 01546 .

My husband and I recently purchased a new Peugeot at Vertu Peugeot PAISLEY. The whole experience from start to finish went so smoothly due to the help and very assuring and friendly guidance of salesman Richard. His supplies of hot coffee on such a cold day was much appreciated and made the necessary paperwork less tedious.
The whole experience went like clockwork due to Richards relaxed and friendly demeanour and he even took the trouble to phone a couple of days later to enquire if all was well with us and how we were getting on with the new car.
