Absolute 5-Star Service – Exceptional Advocacy and Technical Expertise
I recently brought my Peugeot in for what turned out to be a complex array of mechanical issues, including a cambox leak, suspension work, and an emissions injector replacement.
What could have been a deeply stressful and financially overwhelming ordeal was completely transformed by Jason, my service advisor.
From day one, Jason's communication was second to none. He kept me fully informed at every single stage of the process, providing clear updates on the diagnostics, the warranty authorisation steps, and the progress of the work right up until collection.
I later learnt that Jason spent an incredible 90 minutes on the phone with Peugeot UK, wrestling through the bureaucracy and submitting extensive photographic proof to get a massive list of repairs fully authorised under warranty.
His technical expertise, deep industry experience, and sheer determination on my behalf were genuinely outstanding. He understood the mechanics of the 1.6 HDi engine inside and out, ensuring everything from the timing components to the suspension was handled with absolute precision.
Thanks to his hard work, an intimidating potential bill was reduced to a very fair total covering my routine service, MOT, and necessary maintenance parts.
If you want a service advisor who genuinely fights for his customers, communicates transparently, and possesses top-tier technical knowledge, Jason is the absolute best in the business.

Shocking communication. Car still not fixed.
Put car in for repair. Got sent the video showing all the “faults” that needed fixed. Agreed to the main one at huge cost. They did the work which DID NOT fix the car problem! Now telling me I need to pay £1000+ MORE for something they still can’t ensure will fix the problem. Lack of communication. Don’t call back when they say they will. Emails unanswered. Shocking service and car still not resolved!!
