I received excellent service from Vertu Ilkeston, buying my Nissan Quashqai. Staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. Was impressed with sales executive Ben Massey from start to finish. He arranged for the car I was interested in to be sent from another location & in the meantime I was able to test drive the same model. He explained everything perfectly. Would highly recommend. On our first visit to Nissan Ilkeston we met Karl and he was very helpful with all the info we needed on our fact finding mission at the time. Our second visit was for a test drive in a Quashqai epower. Karl accompanied us and answered all our questions straight away, he new the car inside out. There was never any hard sell at all which was do welcome. Anyway, we eventually decided to have a second test drive and bought a new Quashqai tekna. Every step of the process was easy and we totally recommend this dealership and particularly Karl for professionalism and superb customer care. Excellent

From looking around the show room to collecting my new car I couldn’t fault the service I received from Karl at Nissan Ilkeston. Karl kept me informed on the progress of my order and gave me all the information and assistance needed to complete the purchase. I was honest about being unsure between 2 brands of cars when I went to look and I received chilled, attentive but not pushy sales service. I was left to look at the cars by myself and think what I wanted and liked (rather than have every feature pointed out to me like I've experienced at other places). I test drove the car I liked and they even found me a version of the other make I was considering so I could test that too(even though that could have potentially lost them a sale) which was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. I got what I thought was a very reasonable price for my car, and the one I bought was very competitively priced too. I was helped with my plate transfer and collected the car a few days after I'd signed up. MUCH sooner than I'd anticipated. Matthew had a great sense of humour and was friendly and efficient. I couldn't have enjoyed the experience more.

I bought an MG ZS from Nissan Ilkeston. Excellent service from the very first phone call to the delivery of the car.
Had a person video of the car from Adam Johnson. Then when I went to view the car, he explained everything and wasn’t pushy at all. He showed me all the features of the car and I didn’t feel rushed.
His manager Nik also was very helpful and the two of them made it easy to buy the car.
Would highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate buying from them again.
