Kia Sportage Hybrid GT Line S
The whole handover/collection procedure was achieved in the most efficient and professional manner. At both of our visits to the show room we were immediately offered refreshments and were made to feel welcome. Chloe Howes, our contact and sales executive, had given us the choice of day and time for the collection and was ready and waiting upon our arrival. The car had been brought into the showroom for presentation and I suspect that we spoilt the effect by arriving 10 minutes early. Chloe's knowledge of the vehicle and its functionality was exemplary and she was able to answer all my questions and provide me with sufficient information and instruction to operate all the necessary controls for the drive home. We even had our photo taken in front of the car before it was driven out of the show room. I have no reservations in recommending Vertu Kia, and Chloe Howes in particular, to anyone purchasing a new Kia.

Amazing experience!
Our salesman Craig, gave us nothing but an amazing experience. From our initial visit to collecting our new car, Craig was professional, knowledgeable and overall a lovely guy. His customer service and work ethic was amazing. Very happy with our experience and will certainly be back in the future.

Having suddenly found ourselves needing a new car,feeling overwhelmed and stressed , we were introduced to Craig, from then onwards Craig and the team at Vertu Barnsley helped us through the process, taking away the stress and having answers to all my concerns and queries.

I bought a 2nd hand car and was promised the small scratches would be dealt with only to find the manager decided otherwise . Not all had been done upon final payment . After having a discussion I was simply told you can have your money back we can sell this car to anyone , not really good customer care from a multi million pound company . The only thing that made me continue was the fact that Craig the original sales guy was brilliant . There appears to be a very different lack of communication from senior management to shop floor staff ( take the money and run attitude ) and a failure to put the customer first

Over the moon with my brand new EV3 and the team at kia barnsley. From start to finish the service was enjoyable and stress free and you are treated like a friend not a customer. Well where to start . What an absolute pleasure it was to buy my first ever car and my mums car. We had Chloe as our sales assistant and she was a star , she made our journey so easy and enjoyable .
