A refreshing change in buying a car
A refreshing change in buying a car - the team at Vertu Motors was very helpful and friendly. Andy was very efficient and personable. I was trading in my old car and purchasing a new one. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features of the car and the sale and buy process. All completed in a couple of hours and on the road. I would highly recommend him.

Joe was great

I can't recommend Kia Vertu Barnsley branch highly enough! From start to finish, the whole experience has been outstanding.
I'd never used a Kia dealership before, but the team couldn't have done more to help. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy every step of the way.
A special mention has to go to Craig, who is without a doubt the loveliest and funniest car salesman I've ever met. He made the entire process effortless, stress-free, and enjoyable from beginning to end.
When I collected my "new-to-me" Kia Sportage, Craig had it driven into the showroom and covered up so I could do a proper reveal. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day feel really special.
The communication throughout was excellent, and I always felt well informed. The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel valued, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is incredibly important to them.
I would 110% recommend Kia Vertu to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you to Craig and the whole team for making buying my Kia Sportage such a fantastic experience!

Vertu Barnsley are very good at making you feel a valued customer and we could tell straight away that salesman Craig knew exactly what we wanted. Bought a used car, Kia Exceed GT Line S, in green, fell in love with it as soon as we saw it. Brilliant start to the sale, terrible middle and brilliant end. However, it's not about what goes wrong, it's about how someone puts it right for their customer, we couldn't leave that fabulous car - step in Joe and the management team - pulled out all the stops to get us our car, they persevered with us as we did them, and we finally drove the car away, thank you to the team involved, but especially Joe, he was patient, understanding and sympathetic to our issues and moved heaven and earth for us, we are sure of that, thank you Joe.
