We had a great experience at virtue. Steve and Dillon were a pleasure to meet. They made us feel welcome.
Dillon was brilliant on our test drive and showing me how to drive the car and explaining all the instrument panal.
He explained the process of the paperwork in detail and was patient with anything i didnt understand.
I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a car there.

All the staff were exceptional rang back straight away. Arranged the car quickly could not fault would recommend to people.

We found Dillon and the whole team really helpful in doing their utmost to get our business. We were especially pleased with there was no pushy sales tactics as you get with many dealerships these days. Would happily do business with this branch and with Dillon in the future.

I enjoyed meeting Dillon to show me around vertu and show me the car I had seen online , I was made to feel very welcome and once I had established I wanted the car I was explained about financing the car but I wanted to buy it outright, I enjoyed the personal video sent by Dillon made me feel valued as a customer, them after the test drive the whole transaction of buying the car was explained to me really simply and easy
My only gripe and it’s nothing Dillon did wrong is after spending over 17,000 on a car and picking the car up and leaving the forecourt the car was empty of petrol and had 18 miles left so I had to put £67 of petrol in when I was told they’d give me half a tank when I pick it up , probably was just a genuine mistake and someone forgot to do it
But if that’s my only gripe then all I can say Is I recommend vertu to anyone, the service and care I received was first class

I don’t usually leave reviews on Trustpilot, but on this occasion I felt compelled to do so. From the moment I spotted a car online at Vertu Hyundai Nottingham and made contact with the central sales team, right through to driving away from the showroom, my wife and I were made to feel that what we wanted truly mattered and our business was genuinely valued.

All the staff we dealt with were excellent but I’d especially like to mention our sales executive, Michael Quainoo. His friendly, professional manner stood out from the start. He took the time to send us a personalised video of the car, explained everything clearly and adopted a completely no-pressure sales approach — it really was first class.

When we arrived the next day to collect the car, we were warmly greeted by David, who looks after the garage forecourts. He gave us a friendly and personable welcome, took time to chat with us and even made sure we had drinks before meeting with Michael. Those small touches really made us feel special.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. A BIG 5 stars from us — highly recommended!

I purchased a vehicle from the Basford showroom. I am very pleased with the performance and quality of the vehicle.

The staff were attentive, professional and full of knowledge about the vehicle. The turnaround from purchase to collection was impressive. They made myself feel very welcome and would highly recommend the Basford showroom for all of the above.

James, James and Wesley were fantastic. The whole transaction was without fuss, but with efficiency and professionalism.

Jay was very helpful from ordering through to handover. It was raining during my handover and someone came out, unprompted by Jay, and held an umbrella over me

Booked a Skoda Enyaq test drive for 11.30 only to be kept waiting 50 mins because the sales executive had taken a "walk in" for a test drive. when the business manager approached us after 50 mins he could offer no assurances on when we would be seen so we left.. whilst everyone was professional and polite the apologies were somewhat hollow and to be honest I've never been left feeling less valued as a customer. For all the slick sales talk and patter remember at the end of the day you are just a number on a spreadsheet.

Apart from the price the company have done what I wanted
