What a fantastic experience from the first minute I talk to Mike to the time I pick my car up first class service special thanks to Mike for finding me a amazing car and all his work would recommend this garage for buying cars

Despite a rocky start, the Sales Manager and sales staff turned a difficult situation into nothing less than a perfect outcome with a speedy resolution. They were honest and open, did not attempt to hide any facts and were superb in both their attitude, friendliness and professionalism. The whole team were excellent in their communication with us. Their service was nothing less than impressive.

Lewis Strong provided excellent customer service. He made buying a car a pleasant and hassle free experience. He was attentive to detail and very responsive if I ever had a question or required advice either by way of email or phone call. We feel as though we were looked after and ultimately purchased a car we are delighted with.

Lewis the salesman was extremely helpful, listened to my needs and just so happened had the perfect car there. I visited to showroom saturday, thursday I drove it home. I would highly recommend Durham Vertu to anyone.

Had a bad experience at my local
Ford dealer ; despite many attempts to book an urgent recall ; I had been let down locally. So I thought I’d get it done while working away and called Ventu Durham several weeks in advance. Explained about the recall and I’d been messed about at local dealer. No problem , it won’t happen here.

Got the chase up text the night before and dropped it in , once again stripped van out and cancelled work for 2 days.

Arrived.

Errrrr. No. It hasn’t been booked in so can’t be done.

Again.

For the 3rd time.

What is going on a Ford Dealers that they keep sending me urgent recall letters. Keep promising to fix something , book it. Then it can’t be done.

Another day of work lost being messed about.

Someone isn’t telling the truth here - I was assured I was speaking to the branch on the phone when I booked it. I was assured there were no loan cars available , all booked out and the chap even went to check with manager.

So I brought my bike 250 miles in the van to be able to get back to where I’m working.

I have no idea how to get this recall done. It shouldn’t be this difficult. How many more dealerships do I have to visit and be turned away from.

Victoria at Durham ford was really kind and helpful when I was choosing my next car. The process went smoothly and I would 10/10 recommend and come back for my next car.

All staff were friendly polite and ensured you were being looked after, offering drinks whilst waiting. Jessica my sales woman went above and beyond especially given it was her first week at the branch getting the answers I needed before agreeing to purchase my car. Adam was also very helpful again going out of his way alongside Jess to ensure everything was in place on time for me collecting my new car

My first interaction with the company was not great however as soon as it was brought to their attention this was very swiftly rectified and I cannot fault their service at all. Vertu Ford Durham was excellent. We have previously used another Vertu branch and weren’t impressed by the customer service so went back to Vertu Ford Durham where we had received great service. This time proved this was no exception. We were assisted by Aqib who was fantastic. Thorough, knew his stuff and made the process straightforward. He was super helpful and very responsive to queries. We felt that he listened to what we were looking for in a car and actually made recommendations based on that. We also dealt with Adam and he was very helpful too. When there were some issues with the finance documentation (not their fault but due to a glitch with the electronic system) this was resolved quickly. When we arrived to collect the new car we felt we were treated like valued customers. Aqib was patient and took the time to show us the main features, as some things had changed between the old model we had and the new one we were purchasing. All in all a great experience. Our local Vertu branch is 10 minutes from where we live but we have done a 500+ miles round trip to go to the Durham branch. That probably indicates the good experience we have had there on two occasions!

I had a great experience at Vertu Ford in Durham. I was invited to their VIP event and went along with an open mind. On arrival I was welcomed with refreshments and introduced to Stefano, the salesman who looked after me.

Stefano was extremely helpful – not at all pushy or patronising, which can sometimes be the case in car sales. He explained everything clearly, gave me a range of options, and worked hard to find the best possible deal for me. He was patient, informative, and made the whole process feel straightforward.

When the new government grant for electric cars was announced before I had signed for my car, both Stefano and the business manager were genuinely excited for me to benefit from it, which really showed they had my best interests at heart.

Overall, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, the service was professional, and I felt very well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Vertu Ford Durham, and especially Stefano, to anyone considering their next car.
