From the moment we walked in we felt like we where being looked after.Nick listened to what I needed in a car and helped us so much.very friendly, very helpful and had time for us.The full experience was excellent and going to pick our car up was so exciting. Nick greeted us and went through everything with us ,asked us if we had any questions. Great all around experience
Great all around experience, salesman Mike wasn't pushy or giving me the hard sell. Upon collection day the car was waiting within the centre and unveiled as if it was brand new.

My wife wanted to go back to driving a…
My wife wanted to go back to driving a mini and therefore we went to look at a racing green mini at Vertu Mini in Durham. Christian our sales advisor was amazing in every way. The communication from the very start was outstanding and the process of part exchanging her car was seamless.
