Andrew! The man to go to…
After having a negative experience with my local branch, the professionalism, politeness, and customer service that Andrew provided completely changed my experience with BMW. He made the whole process so smooth and reassuring that I was more than willing to travel nearly 300 miles there and back to collect a car from Vertu BMW Durham.
Hats off to Andrew for truly going the extra mile to make sure I was looked after every step of the way. As this was my first BMW, the experience was incredibly important to me, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
A huge thank you to Andrew — I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Great customer service, the young man, Liam who dealt with us was patient, helpful, knowledgable and provided the information we needed to make a decision to buy the car.
