I had a terrible experience. The doctor was unprofessional and barely spoke to me. I was supposed to get a refund but I have yet to receive it.

This is a competitive business and the provider did not show for my scheduled appointment. I have been in contact for over a week, to see if there is any sort of refund or discount I would be given and so far I have not had any resolution.
