Was surprised when Dr. Crystal Bell called me on phone 20 minutes before appointment. She had difficulty connecting to system? It all worked out, but surprised at timing.

What made the experience great for me, was that there was literally no waiting,,, due to Veriheal's commitment to their customers and their reminding of the customer as to when to make their appointment,,,, all I had to do was listen to their advice, and everything else just fell into place.
