I originally used veriheal on my journey to obtain my mj card for legitimate chronic back and arthritis pain. I've been an 35 year long elevator mechanic after my military service and it's taken a toll on this 60 year old body. 3 years on now and I'm better than I was at 45. I used veriheal again for my renewal. This time the my appointment was very sad. You see their Doctor checked a box on my application designating me with a life long injury and no longer in need of ever reassessing my designation. Card carrier for life. Sad that I will never have the privilege of working with veriheal folks again. This company put me, over profit, knowing I would never need their assistance again. You won't find that too often these days. Excellent service and follow up. "HIGHLY" recommend! lol

Great experience & program
Dr. Palmer is always a pleasure to talk to. My renewal was due for August 26th. I like getting things done early. The staff & service are so helpful & courteous. You need to know to be prepared for your call & be patient. I enjoy being a part of the Veriheal team. They get things done in a timely manner & very efficient. Communication is key. Veriheal program is the best! It's so easy to join. Give them a try, you won't regret it! I did & I've been with them a few years.

It appears you guys are still having troubles. I scheduled my appointment back in July for Aug 5. Then the doctor called me the following week in July to discuss my renewal. We did that and he said I was approved. Fine. Then I continue to receive emails regarding my Aug. 5th appointment. I asked the person that sent me the email to look into this for me and got no response. This should be easy and you continue to make this a nightmare unnecessarily.
