I have had the worst experience ever with a shed I purchased from them.
Before buying the shed I read the brief description and it said it would take 2 people 2-3 hours to build. This is a complete lie. It took 2 men two days to construct this shed! The product is manufactured in china and the instructions were in French. So it was basically impossible to understand and the only thing you could go off was the pictures.
The product is extremely flimsy like paper and therefore I dreading how long this will last during the winter. The doors were misaligned and you could not shut them properly as they were different sizes. Customer services requested photos of which they agreed the shed was faulty. My only options were for them to replace the shed and take away the one that took 2 days to build. This was not an option as I had paid to men 2 days wages totalling £500 to build this. The other option was £100 refund which is an utterly complete insult. It took them weeks and weeks to resolve this issue for me and i eventually had no choice but to accept the £100 refund and then buy new doors for the shed and get someone to install them. So from a shed that originally cost £700 plus £90 delivery plus £500 to build ended up costing me with new doors £1600! This is absolutely outrageous for the quality of the shed.
The woman on customer care was the rudest person I’d ever spoken to and was extremely unhelpful throughout.
So just be warned be extremely careful if you’re considering purchasing from this place. It has been a complete nightmare from start to finish for me and I am STILL waiting for the agreed £100! 2 months later.
I would never buy from them again and I have warned all of my friends and family to AVOID at all costs!

Bought a floating tv stand, excellent service arrived on time and easy to assemble, made with quality materials, colour exactly how I hoped.

Ordered a beautiful trellis, this totally transformed my garden. The delivery and the ordering process was smooth. I would do it again.

Be aware of a scammers on this website. Placed on order and then a week later the seller cancelled saying there was an IT issue on the platform. My order was cancelled but my refund never sent back to my credit card. I sent a message to the supplier who have basically told me it’s nothing to do with them and they are just a manufacturer!! Luckily I paid on my credit card. Be very wary of using this platform clearly they are scammers on there who take peoples money then give you an excuse about the order not being able to be fulfilled and then don’t refund you. Profibestshop UK is the name of the seller on this platform!

Bought a bed 1 month ago, still sleeping on the floor because structural corner parts were missing.
Reported missing parts 19 days ago. No resolution from CS team.

I purchased a water fountain which arrived damaged, i reported this in the same day, sent an email and still have had no response. The number on the website does not connect and there appears to be no other way of contacting them. Meanwhile this damaged water fountain is taking up room in my house! I am leaving a negative review as I hope this will get a response and obviously so far my experience has been a negative one. If I do not receive a response by the end of the week, I will open a chargeback claim with the bank as I simply do not have the room to store these large boxes for any longer! In fact I may have to charge Vente-unique storage costs as they really should have arranged collection by now!

I've placed an order which was accepted. Then week later I've received a message that my order was cancelled without giving proper reason. 7 days to respond. I could have got bed from somewhere else. Time wasters and poor service. Certainly will be staying away.

Update. This company is beyond rhe worst ive dealt in years. Ive been waiting for refund over 2 weeks. They just bouncing me around with nonsense responses. I was forced to contact my credit company to charge back the transaction. Avoid like plague
