Faulty Item Sent, refund process a nightmare and still outstanding.
Faulty Item Sent.
Had to pay substantial import duty.
Brought fault to their attention amd asked for a replacement part for the faulty part. Was innitially informed to return the entire item to get a refund. Asked again to just send the replacement part, as the cost of returning and then delivering a complete replacement, plus a second duty payment would cost more that the original item.
Received confirmation to keep the item with yhe void part, and a full refund would be paid withing 3 to 5 days.
15 days passed and I chased the refund and was told it had not been refunded as the item had not been sent back. I explained and send screenshots of their mail agreement, and they informed me in contradiction to their written agreement that I would now have to return the entire item to get a refund, to then order the item again and pay import duty again.
Argument is still ongoing and I will not be buying from there again. Customer service is horrendous when it goes wrong.

Supplied item that was missing 3 of 4 parts…
Supplied item that was missing 3 of 4 parts making it totally unusable. When contacted, was told to keep what was delivered. When ask for replacement, was told it was not possible. No refund has been offered!!! May have only been a 5 euro item, but that’s not the point, it was the only reason I was placing order!

Service as expected but site could be clearer
Item arrived as described and site prices are good.
Don't cover VAT on UK purchases which wasn't particularly clear but had been expected from other review and is in their FAQ.
Courier (Parcelforce) send a letter for payment of customs charges rather than an email which delays things.
