If you are a buyer in the USA do not buy. They have no exchange policy, so if you get the wrong size or you simply do no like the product, the cost of returning it to France will most likely equal your purchase. Bottom line you have wasted your money. I would not recommend buying anything from this company.

Excellent - Shoes shipped to the USA
I'm in the United States and tried for a long time to find shoes Shimano RC-100 white size 43. I found them on Velo-Store. The checkout was easy with Paypal and the shipping to the USA was only $15. Great service!!!

Everything was great
Everything was great, I gotta the sunglasses way before Christmas and I appreciate that but I didn't understand the extra charges that I got. So unfortunately I couldn't give 5 out of 5 experience.

The cycling tights arrived promptly, but return shipping to France from U.S. was a surprise!
The cycling tights arrived promptly, but they were a size too small (despite what the size chart indicated) and then when I inquired about returns, I found (to my total surprise) the store is located in central France. I knew I'd be paying return shipping, but when I made the purchase, there was no indication on the Velo Store site that the vendor was outside the U.S. Lesson learned.
