Don’t. Just don’t!
Oh dear. Ordered 4 tyres and 4 inner tubes from Velo-store. Ok they’re in France so you half expect snail mail, although shipping was actually quite expensive. 4 weeks later, still no sign of my package so I check my Velo-store account. They’ve given my shipment a FedEx tracking number. I check on the FedEx website and the tracking number doesn’t exist.
So I email below-store who reply same day to say the stuff I ordered is no longer available and I’ll receive a refund within 5 working days !
Strange how it took an email from me to initiate the the truth of the no stock issue and a refund.
This is my first and last time I’d consider buying anything from this outfit. They’ll happily take your money but that appears to be all they actually do !

Met my expectations
Ordered a new kickstand for my Benno e-bike. It arrived on time all the way from France! Even with shipping, the price was the same as it would have been from anywhere in the US--and all those places were out of stock.
