Responds is very slow, you should really do harder

I received great customer service support. Everything was packed well, and they responded quickly to my inquiries. I ordered a bonnet for my car, and it was packed extremely well.

The part was original & the customer service reply was fantastic on time.
Happy to use them again.

We have used these guys for 5 years and they have been nothing but amazing. Great website, great customer service that go over and above to sort any issues. We send reg numbers and photos on WhatsApp and they come back to us quickly with the right parts and if they don’t do them, they tell us where to try! Thanks lads, keep it up. Brian TMF

Ordered a mazda 3 2010 bumper
Recieved a mazda 3 mps bumper that didnt even fit my car didnt find this out till after it cost me 600 pound to get it painted as it didnt fit the car awful, they dont even have mps bumpers listed on their site so i dont know why they sent me 1

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a vehicle part with next-day delivery, and here I am FIVE days later with nothing to show for it. No tracking number was provided, and when I reached out on WhatsApp, their response was laughable. They claimed the courier "attempted to deliver" and used random pictures from Google Maps as "proof." Seriously?

I no longer need the part and asked for a refund, but they can't even tell me when I'll get my money back. The lack of professionalism and customer service is astounding. Avoid this company at all costs – they’re unreliable and don’t seem to care about their customers.

So in a panic after being told by Peugeot that the parts for a repair was £3200 just for the parts. I found these guys, the contact was exceptionally helpful and saved me over £1600 in parts. Ordered on Tuesday, delivered Thursday morning. All I can say is thank you and exceptional service. Will definitely use in the future.

The parts arrived intact, which is good. The site says 1-2 days, I waited 3. Well, there is no information about when and at what time, which makes you wait, without being able to leave the house. Someone from the family must stay.

Ordered a bonnet for delivery - I was told it would be delivered by 6 pm and I heard nothing. I called the carrier and they do not have any deliveries for my address. The seller did not provide a tracking number, they provided inaccurate information and I still do not have my item. I have tried calling vehicle spares on numerous occasions, nobody answers the telephone and they take excessive amounts of time to reply to WhatsApp messages.

This is shocking customer service and the multitude of reviews speak for themselves.

If I do not receive my item, I will be escalating this with my bank and authorities as other reviews seemed to already be doing.
