Poor

Order placed on 18/10, still nothing received over 3 weeks later. Customer service were quite poor in offering help or assistance, working for an e-commerce business myself and working with 3rd party couriers I understand the issues they can face but also what can be done, Vapodz have refused to refund me or chase up the couriers.

We got in touch via email and live chat. We only can refund when we got back the shipment from France. Many times in the past we refunded other vapodz customers across Europe and they took the money and later got the shipment delivered. your order is still out for delivery. Order placed on 20th September, not yet received as of 26th October

Order placed on 20th September, shipped on 29th September and until here all good. Unfortunately, today is the 26th of October and I haven’t received my parcel yet. I contacted the customer service many times but they’ve been ignoring me for 2 weeks now. I was planning to order more items on the website but this experience disappointed me.

Your order got shipped out and you local customs didn't got in contact with us to clear it from the customs. After 4 weeks they send us an email and told us your shipment is ready for pick up. Your order got last week delivered to you.

we do not have your ordered Geekvape Aegis Solo 2 S100 Kit in our German warehouse. We already send it to Germany 3 days ago. Your order is soon on the way to you from our German warehouse. Why we didn't ship it from our UK warehouse? We want to give you a hassle free transaction without any customs problem in Finland.

Delivery outside UK is nightmare.

Delivery outside UK is nightmare.
I was supposed to get my order over a month ago, they promised to get IOSS number and solve everything so I can 100% get my package.
Since then my item was returned from the customs and after contacting their customer service to try and resolve the problem every sort of communication has stopped.
Would definitely recommend avoiding at all cost.
The difference in price and maybe some extra offers are not worth the hassle you will get.

Hello Marko, you said the delivery attempt failed. We cannot do anything when the shipment already arrived in your country. When we get the order, we pack the items and send it out with our logistic partner. We got our IOSS number on July 27. With the IOSS number we handle the VAT and customs and pay directly all the fees to the local government. You should get your shipment delivered direct to your doorsteps! We also didn't received your shipment back until now (for a Refund). I'll get in touch with you tomorrow morning so we can solve the problem!
