Refund never issued

Despite promises from Vapodz, my refund was never issued. I've now filed a dispute with my bank to finally resolve this.

Please avoid.

Es ist ein totaler Betrug! Sie haben mir mehr als 250 € gestohlen und mir Unterlagen gegeben, um Einfuhrbestimmungen zu fälschen. Außerdem sind sie meiner DSGVO-Anfrage nicht nachgekommen. Verwenden Sie sie nicht!

The goods were shipped from UK in a week after order placement. But unfortunately, spent very long time with customs and was eventually returned, guess, due to destination country regulations.
Thus, I wouldn't advise to order anything to Estonia, but, a good point that I got refunded as soon as Wapodz was informed about the problem.

I ordered 28th of MARCH (order number 145652) and I still haven't received anything. Not a reply, not the vapes. They stole my money!!

*Update: after writing a review on trustpilot I received an email that they proceeded with a refund. I hope the funds come fast.

I received my order in Norway. It took less than 2 weeks to receive 3 shipment at my home.
I am happy with Vapodz.com
However the communication should have been better.

I won’t go into the whole story but my order from January still has not been delivered - more than 250€ and I have no hope that I’ll get a refund. They gave me a fake invoice claiming I was receiving cosmetics to get it through customs into the EU. Currently following up with the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). Buy from ANYWHERE else!!!

Worst experience I've had in a while.
Failed to ship the item for 14 days, responded quickly on my first e-mail 4 days after placing my order and promised the package would be shipped next day.
It wasn't.

14 days later I'd had enough and asked for a refund and wouldn't you know. 2 hours later my items got shipped.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ordered on the 28th of May (order number: #149980) haven't got my order or any email about it. My money got taken and i heard nothing about it ever since. On the site it only says processing and nothing else. I am just hoping that something is going to happen.

Scam Scam Scam Ordered around 17th May -149314 - Order sat in processing, literally no communication from team, emailed them 3 times not a single response to whats happened to my order, or Money.

I ordered on may 31st, its now June 17th and I still haven't received my order. I wrote an email to they customer service (support @ vapodz.com) and I never received a reply. I'm still hopeful my order will arrive, I just wish they would provide a tracking number at least.

I previously pooped on Vapodz but they actually didn’t disappoint. I’m sorry vapodz, you were a good company. Buy from here ! They shipped quickly, the customer service could be slightly nicer but maybe they were having a bad day. Solid company and solid products.

I ordered on the 25 of may (#149345), have sent several emails, never got an answer and on the website it says still processing! This is a fvcking scam, waste of my money, and I’m so disappointed there are still a**holes like this scamming people, good luck with your karma!!!

You will notice alot of negative revieuws on this website i could tell you non of those are true.
If you like to speak to a person of customer service use this email support @ vapodz.com and dont message them from there website but use gmail or outlook and you will get a reply within a couple days.

i orderd at 22/05/2022 and i was a bit sceptical
but the customer service was quick to reply
currently my package is at customs in my country wich would come to me as soon as they done there assesment.

Communication was great over mail and the product was handled quickly into The post office

I placed an order on 26 of may, order id : 149860. This site is the biggest scam, do not recommend. The order is still processing on their site, and the customer support doesn't even work anymore, so it's impossible to send them an email because the adress is not valid. I regret that I didn't look up for reviwes before ordering, but it looked like a legit site. Do not order from them, it's just like throwing money on a window.

Took the money and never replied or processed order. Order looks as processing to this very day on the orders page. Email addresses don't work, the emails bounce back. Sent a message from contact us page, nothing. Obviously a well presented scam. order 148698

I have made an order on the 19. of may. Didnt recieve order confirmation or any other info about the order. The cistomer service doesnt respond. It is a scam, dont order here.

Made an order, got an email that the order was received, 2 weeks passed and no update on order. Emailed to ask about shipping, got reply saying what I ordered isn’t in stock but will be coming in stock in the next 2days. 2days passed and still no update. I’ve emailed twice since asking to refund my money as the items aren’t in stock so money shouldn’t have been taken. Got no reply to emails. I presume they are just keeping my money and not sending any vapz. Definitely avoid

I ordered like a month ago and today FINALLY recieved it. It says 3-12 days......
Also i ordered and payed for 700 puffs but they sent me electric cigarette with 600 puffs!!!!!!!!

I ordered 4 days ago. Not a single email since. Account registration not exist on the site, im worried my items and money gone. I wrote an email by now, but reading reviews here dont show any light. Since i dont know anything about my items or money, i leave a 1 star review here, will change as my items arrive in reasonable time. Really sad to see low trust sites still exist.

Few hours ago i wrote a mail, and submited the review of my early experiences with the shop.Now i got mails answering my questions,and also i got a tracking number,and the parcel on the way mail too.
Still affraid based on others experience, so ill keep this review updated based on further experience with the company.(hopefully can upgrade to 5 star at the end)

Quick update i got the items on june 10 with may 19th order.I wrote a mail about tax refund since their IOSS number invalid so they shouldnt take tax money cuz they cant even pay it to the country and they already know this before u paying for it. June 6 i wrote a mail for the refund nothing june 10 i wrote another one about the refund still nothing. Its 16th today i wrote 4 mails hope i get a reply or smth. Right now i dont recomment the store outside of UK since the customs and transport takes forever. If u guys fked up just sent the refund as promised on the site.

I have ordered 5 electronic wapes. After 2 weeks of waiting I didn’t receive no email from them, no order numbers or trackings number. They didn’t answer first on my mail. After 2 weeks they send me mail “ We have finished processing your order”. Another 2 weeks I was waiting for parcel! I paid extra fee - 4,65 euro. And surprise….. they send to me wrong wapes! 2 of them was another brand. 1 - another taste! Now they didn’t answer on my mail, didn’t answer also customer’s support !
