I ordered 700 puff vapes and i got 600 puff vapes.

Make an order, whait 1 week for shipping information, no information provided, ask for it at the support, I instatly get an e-mail saying "We have finished processing your order." steal, no shipping information, onether week passed, support didnt respond to my question at all.

TLDR - They dont ship and they dont have support at all.

After asking for a refund they say they shiped, but they didnt give any track number and only give escuses as a loot of people say... they dont have the logistic too run this kind of busins and as such they shuld not run this kind of busins simple as that.

Scam site. Theres no ioss thing and my order got in customs. Wrote email to vapodz that the order will be returned and they never answered and i lost my money. Been over month since it was returned

I’m still waiting for my refund. It’s been more than 4 months since I wrote my first email…

Waiting for a reply to my email asking for the IOSS number yet no reply.

For the people Who want to order please dont , its all just a Joke. I have Made an order and payed it , in not even a week they ve deleted my account after the Payment has been done ofcourse. I tried to contact them

Placed my order on 21st of February. I haven't heard any news about my order and in the tracking it still says processing. I contacted them over a week ago and still haven't gotten an answer.

Ordered just 1 vape because i didnt know if it was legal here, took them more than 15 days to send the order although they had it in stock and would had been more if i hadn t emailed them,payed with shipping 15 eur i think, when it arrived i was supposed to pay20 eur extra. had i known about the taxes never would i ordered.refused it still dont have my money back.unreliable and basically thieves.do not order

bad coustomer support and keep lying all the time , no shipping at all...simply scam

bad coustomer support , no supprt at all , live chat is useless and no one is answering anything . you put a message and wait and wait and wait without getting any reply.

not keep promises of shipping , much delay "if they servce you" , personally i regret dealing with them

I would report transaction to bank to block . very bad

Dear prospective Vapodz webshop customers!

I ordered Disposable Vape products from the webshop around August/September.

30pcs of product arrived successfully, customs clearance was fast, I was very pleased.

Now comes the terrible part of the story...
I ordered from them again in September, as my first package was delivered quickly. I thought this delivery would be smooth too.

IT IS THE END OF JANUARY. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR MY PARCEL.

Vapodz owe 900€ to me, which they do not refund...

They wrote: "You will receive the products by 31st January, just delete the review on Trustpilot."

It's 28 January. The products have not been dispatched, and I have not received a return email requesting a refund.

I would not recommend them to anyone, they are untrustworthy.
I have screenshot evidence which I will take to the European Consumer Centre if Vapodz does not refund my money within a week.

Please guys, have very carefull with this company, they will take your money away, very dangerous, I’m waiting for a refund, it passes 2 months now, they will never pay me anything, more than 60$ to the trash. Don’t ever do purchase here please

I ordered 3 weeks ago, and still havent got my order. I wrote with the customer service and they told me that i would get the package last monday, and i still havent got it.

I need to know if any of you have ever ordered to EU and if it went trough custums. And how long does it take for package to arrive.

Edit 3: In response to "Be careful with your words. We are a legit business." then act like it, I can wait over a month for my dirt cheap motorbike parts from mainland China but as a nicotine addict waiting over a month for my nic salts only to be given a refund was very aggravating, good day sir!

Edit 2: In response to the owner that doesn't excuse the 2 weeks before your break without posting it and also telling me the package was all boxed up to be shipped the following day, since I got the refund I ordered from another Europe based shop and got my package in 2 days with free p&p

3 weeks and my order hasn't even been dispatched, customer service is abysmal no response in livechat and once I actually got through to someone via email they said they'd check with the wearhouse to get it shipped immediately and refund my shipping fee, package still hasn't been dispatched and shipping fee hasn't been refunded this is beyond ridiculous, and when I sent another email yesterday asking for a update I was asked if I wanted to cancel and get a refund for the whole order

Avoid if you can worst experience with a vape shop I've had and it's not even over

Edit: over a week since I was told my package would be shipped immediately, a month total since order was placed, I'm emailing them to cancel everything

Concluding that this vapeshop is a scam

They care only about money, bad attitude to their clients.. Waiting my parcel more than 2 months. And it's not EU warehouse like they are telling , it's UK and you will got customs taxes. Definitely not recommend, waste of time and money.

Placed order over 2 weeks ago with zero updates since, I sent a email and tried getting in touch with livechat but no response on either infact I came to this page as I was checking to see if it was a scam site but it seems others have had similar experiences

As they are one of the few to charge shipping within Europe on big orders I would recommend avoiding if you can as your package would actually arrive faster from America

Great shop. You can contact them on chat and get all the answers asap. Packege come really soon and everything was perfect. Can tottaly recomend.
