This company is UNREAL
This company is UNREAL! They have an excellent selection of vapes at extremely reasonable prices. But what really sets them apart is their human customer service. I can't sing their praises enough, they're lovely, helpful, and not at all like the annoying chatbots you usually have to deal with. They know what you want and need quickly, and answer questions without the unnecessary back-and-forth. The company also has a lot of lovely personal touches, such as free chocolate in every package and I even won a vape on a scratchcard. My last package I ordered yesterday evening and it was on my doorstep this morning. If you vape, or think of quitting smoking, these guys are legit, and the best people in the UK to buy from.

Faultless service, very competitive prices. Ordered 2pm Tuesday, my order was delivered By 10am Wednesday and saved myself the equivalent of 3 free bottles of juice purchasing from my local vape shop. Very happy customer. Will be recommending and returning.

Great company. I placed my first order in December and was given a free vape with my next order. I placed second my order today and had an email from Luke to say my free item had been added to my order. So efficient. Also, free next day delivery what more could you want...Oh, almost forgot about the free chocolate which came with my order, which was a nice touch. 10/10 many thanks

The service was amazing quick. But I wanted to review the product I bought. You can't leave a review so how have so many other people managed to leave 5 star reviews??? I've been vaping over 10 years. I've used many products but the two I bought from this website burnt my throat harshly like tonsillitis. I think it poor you can't review a product and warn others and are the other reviews really genuine?
UPDATE
VAPEco.uk have asked me to update my review so I am updating to 1 star. Firstly this company suggested I had the wrong company, I had to put my order number amd details in just to prove I'm not stupid. Then they said I could leave a review, but later said i had to wait 4 days to leave to leave a review. So the truth is, I still can't leave a review about an awful product and now we have the proof I did have the right company they've edited their reply yet again.
This review is not about a product. It's about a company that won't let you review their products and then talk to you disrespectfully when you bti g the issue up.

Best prices, best service and loads of freebies
I just placed an order with Vape.co.uk and I don't usually leave reviews but the experience was so fantastic I felt they deserved a good review.
Not only did I make a great saving with the best price online but I also received a discount, TWO free gifts, and a further free gift on my next order. My order was placed late afternoon (6pm is the cut-off) and arrived promptly the next day through the letterbox. No messing around with signatures and missed delivery and the delivery was free!
Before you buy on Amazon or eBay and pay way too much check out these guys nearly all the big brand vape products and pods/coils are much much cheaper and you get all the extra gifts and benefits.
Big shout out to their customer service guys on live chat too they responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful with my order.
Finally a quick review of the product I ordered which was a GeekVape Wenax Q vape device costing £14.99 with 2 pods (0.8 and 1.2) charging cable and a free balt of NIC salt vape. The Wenax Q is a brilliant compact vape device which packs in a ton of features including high capacity 24 hr 1000mAh battery, LCD display showing number of puffs between charges, battery charge status and adjustable power setting up to 25 dual airflow switch, overcharge and low power auto-cutoff, child safety lock. It's fanatastc little vape device made from lightweight alloy with a stylish finish and it works incredibly well with NIC salt vapes delivering great flavour. The pods are very well made with sealed coils and very cheap (£2.20 each) and are available in 0.6, 0.8 and 1.2 Ohm with optional high capacity 3ml pods available at the same price.

Amazing Customer Service
I received absolutely outstanding customer service from this online shop. I made a purchase just before 6pm and received my order the next day around 11am. Unfortunately, the item was incorrect so I contacted the customer support via live chat. The issue was sorted immediately and the communication throughout was superb. Never before have I received even a fraction of such fantastic customer service from anyone else. Other businesses should learn from this one.

Top tier vape store!
I cannot recommend vape-co-uk enough!
First of all a huge thank you to Emma, Max and Rob for all their help.
I made my initial order and selected DPD delivery but there were issues with that courier at the time. They noticed that I lived locally and offered to drop it off that evening which was amazing.
I had some unfortunate issues with batteries as these things happen with no one to blame. However, was not a problem for them they sent me new and better versions and got a courier to collect my old ones within a day and all free of charge.
I am so thankful of their live chat feature and they are all very knowledgeable to help with any question you have - with sales or otherwise.
I have used other places in the past but this is my new go to place. It’s also nice to get freebies with your next order.
If I had one piece of constructive feedback to offer it would be to implement a reward points system which converts to money off as you spend and collect points. I think that could be a really attractive feature for existing and new customers :

I won’t be purchasing anything from these again , purchased a vape for a gift for someone used for a month now does not work. Been told out of warranty after 90 days!

Thank you for your feedback, whether positive or negative we take everything on board and look to improve wherever we can.
Having looked into your case, I can see the warranty on the kit originally ordered had expired when you contacted us so we were unfortunately unable to replace this. The warranty on devices is always set by the manufacture and not ourselves. For OXVA, this warranty is set by them at 90 days.
I can see our team did offer a 20% discount on a new kit as a gesture of good will here, which will remain for the entire history of time until used, just in case you did want to get a new kit with us.
We're truly very sorry you've had a negative experience here and it is not what we hope for anyone that places an order with us. We will of course discuss this particular case internally, but sadly our hands are tied from manufacturer warranty and we would like to apologise on their behalf for that.
